Very nice place and right next to the beach. They provided us with an umbrella and chairs which was MOST helpful. Great job!

Very nice room. Was a little shocked the owner was there, but he was super nice and the property is awesome and we had a wonderful stay.

Communication was great, very well appointed for a small space, super clean, extremely short walk to the beach, and local establishments only 5-10 minutes away made our stay perfect. Would would highly recommend.

Everything went smoothly. This is more like a hotel room. Living spaces are shared spaces. Very clean and has everything we needed. Must be able to climb stairs to access room. Had no reason to contact host everything we needed was spelled out very clearly. Nice touches with snacks and coffees.

Exactly as advertised. Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas are readily available. No reason to rent from anyone. And 1 parking spot per unit as well. Less than a minute to the beach, no need to even wear sandals. Great place

Our stay was an 11/10. This rental was everything my wife and I were looking for and then some. It was extremely clean, super accessible, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s very close to beach access and all the shops/restaurants are within walking distance. The host is very kind, and we can’t wait to start planning our next trip back.

Fantastic spot right by the beach

This is the second year we’ve stayed here - property is beautiful, convenient to the beach & bars, and is stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks & beach towels. We will return again.

Amazing getaway

My sister and I stayed for a short beach vacation to celebrate our birthdays… we had the best time! This place is clean, and beautiful. Fantastic location!!

Location, location, location. We parked at check in and did not move our car until check out. Short walking distance to downtown the beach and the world famous Bert's. The property was very nice. Would stay again any time we are visiting Folly.

Anniversary beach weekend

Our stay was amazing. The suite is beautiful, modern and it has all you need to enjoy the beach. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower was very luxurious. Folly beach is always fun to visit and this place is in the perfect area.

Luxuries at the beach

The apartment was like a high end hotel room where we were able ro relax and get great sleep in the comfortable bed. The owner helped with check in and seems genuinely interested that we have a great time. We have already discussed a return trip and would stay here again!
