It is in walking distance to the Pier and all restaurants and shops. The property is fenced in providing you extra privacy. To the right of the suite is a large porch with couches where you can relax and listen to the sounds of the island. Below is a large yard with covered area where you can find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off yourself and your beach gear, a table to eat at and a tennis table. Lounge chairs are also available for relaxing in the sun. This is a Smoke Free suite. This property is licensed by the City of Folly Beach as a vacation rental unit.
