Comfortable & convenient second floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front balcony
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.
Please note, the fireplace is not usable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for a weekend with my husband and infant, and the space worked perfectly for us! The living room, bedrooms, and balcony are spacious and clean. Parking behind the house was easy. We could easily walk to downtown restaurants and the river walk. Having two bedrooms and two baths for the price point was great!

Great house in a great location

Great property near everything in the historic district. The house was surprisingly roomy, and we found ourselves looking for reasons to go back "home" as a refuge between vacation activities on a hot late spring weekend. I would highly recommend the property and would be happy to stay there again when I'm next in Wilmington.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at this address for our one year anniversary. The unit is adequately furnished and well'supplied with whatever things you might need as at home. This was my first visit to Wilmington, but thanks to the comforts provided at this address, I'm sure to visit again.

Nice little place downtown Wilmington

Very pleased with our stay. The place was cute, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was how busy and loud the street was, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Would definitely go back there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was large enough for what we needed. It wasnt a huge issue. But, I wish there had been dresser drawers in the bedrooms.We'd stay at this location again.

Azalea Festival Girls Weekend

We loved the location of this house. We walked to Jester’s Cafe for breakfast and it’s amazing. Highly recommend. The house was very clean and as advertised. Large bedrooms and well equipped with necessities.

Lovely Apartment in Historic District

Clean, comfortable upstairs 2br/2ba apartment with a front balcony off of the spacious living room/kitchen combo. My daughter loved having her own space and we both appreciated being able to run some laundry during our stay! Short drive from all downtown Wilmington has to offer.

The property was very clean and in a good location relative to the downtown waterfront. There were a few issues that were brought up to the management company and were addressed during the stay: coffee maker pot was cracked and rather than replacing had been cleaned and put back. I called and a new one was delivered same day. The air filter looked like it hadn't been changed in months and the filter light was blinking on the thermostat. I was told this would be replaced when i checked out and new filters were delivered with the coffee maker so i assume this was done. Ultimately this place was comfortable but lacked any amenities and cheaply taken care of. The leather sofa is torn with cloth covers to cover most of the tears. The hallway bathroom shower head looks like something you’d see in military barracks. The hallway bedroom windows curtain is hung with plastic towel holders, the curtain rod is broken, and the curtain covers only one of the two windows. The food pantry was full of expired goods from 2025. There is minimum kitchen utensils. For example, only one wine glass, a few drink glasses and plates but that’s basically it. Ultimately a clean place and good location but i would look for other places to stay in the future.

Reviewer Comments: From its photo, you might expect a quiet getaway, but because of its proximity to highways and downtown, there is a lot of street traffic. Noise notwithstanding, the inside and on the porch are very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities and even pantry staples. Parking was ample -- street and backyard. Lovely walk among the Historic homes to the water. I would stay again!
