Very nice property. Conveniently located. Great host. W/D is shared with other apartments, so it is coin operated - bring quarters if you have laundry to do. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in Anchorage.

We stayed here our last night in Alaska because it was close to the airport. We like being away from the action and crowd; which this was not. Very city location.

Wonderful place to relax!

This property was a wonderful place to relax for my family as we needed a place for a couple of nights before boarding a train. It was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. We actually were able to walk downtown so it’s not too far (but it is a little over a mile-but a nice walk on a nice day). The cost was also extremely reasonable especially compared to hotels and a much better stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, directly off seward expressway. Very accessible to major shopping areas. The bathroom was clean and updated. The mattresses were comfortable and the sheets, towels clean. The general ambiance is this home is a DIY project and it shows in the finish and furnishing. Some things could be better: 1. The electronic lock is finicky. We had some anxious and frustrating moments getting in! I think it needs to be changed to a better reliable model. 2. There were some discarded clothes in the closet in one of the bedrooms. 3. Only the kitchen trashcan had a liner. 4. Kitchen is bare bones if someone wants to use it. The hand towel was dirty. Overall, we stayed two nights before flying out of Anchorage and it was barely ok. When we flew into anchorage, we stayed at a different home for the same price and it was beautifully appointed and had 3 bedrooms and four beds to boot! So, we can confirm that this home is way overpriced for what it offers.

The property listing was accurate according to online explanation. But cleanliness was not upto mark. The dishes were not cleaned. Bathroom towels were not provided and the cleaning stuff forgot to remove the towels previously used by other people.

We left with two nights remaining on our booking and went to a very nice Airbnb. Bad:1. Questionable neighborhood2. Windows open when we arrived (first floor apartment - immediately checked all rooms & closets, then messaged the owner) 3. Used towel & bathrobe in bathroom4. Dirty dishes in dishwasher5. Sticky cutting board face down in drawer6. Only two unmatched glasses7. Two dirty, greasy plates in the cabinet8. Dirty t-shirt behind couch9. Plastic waterproof mattress covers10. Old, scratched nonstick pans11. One TV in a two bedroom apartmentGood: 1. Nicely done bathroom renovation2. The apartment does look good (until you start opening cabinets and drawers)

It was clean and updated but in a rather dated building with a sketchy laundry Was hard to keep the floor clean, would be nice to have pavers out front so you don’t walk in the dirt and gravel The kitchen was very poorly equipped. More like a frat house. 4 dishes 4 glasses so we had to wash every time we ate.The interior was clean and furniture and bedding were functional
