Come and enjoy amazing panoramic views and beautiful water frontage on the bay. The cottage and guest house are very tastefully decorated and furnished for a memorable family experience or perfect friends' get-together with bedrooms for 5 couples. This property is so unique as it is so private and has so many amenities, just like being at your own private resort.

Includes two open floor plans with great rooms, two full kitchens, two living areas, two dining areas. Stocked with everything you need for the perfect vacation while enjoying the spectacular bay views from almost every room or from the two lakeside decks overlooking the bay.
Main cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- Sleeps 6, while the guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms- Sleeps 4.
Our game room is perfect, if you’re looking for some family fun or group activity, watch a movie or game on our 75" tv, play pool, shuffleboard, or ping pong. We also have many outdoor yard games and board games, for all ages. Along with outside security camera.

Our cottage is right on Grand Traverse Bay, off the beaten path but so close to everything only 2.5 miles from the town of Suttons Bay and 17 miles from Traverse City. The cottage and guest house sits on 1.5 acres of land.
