We loved the location to everything in Suttons Bay; easy access by walking! Parking was easy, and having a private yard with patio was so nice for family gatherings. Would stay here again!

Great location and easy check-in and access. Nice to have convenient parking and two outdoor spaces (porch/deck). While the outside is awaiting rehab, the inside is cozy and works very well for our family. Also very reasonable price that we appreciated!

I think the tub shower set up is misleading as the tub is beautiful but you couldn’t take a shower as it looked like water would leak beyond the shower curtain ruining the hard work floors. Needs to be remodeled. Outside of house needs some upkeep.

The location was terrific, the property needs a lot of maintenance. We felt uncomfortable not being able to lock the basement door to a triplex.

Hi there. Sorry to hear the basement door was unlocked during your stay. Our maintenance person left it unlocked in error. I would have gladly locked the door for you if we had known or been informed. The door otherwise remains locked at all times.

First of all, the location was great. We wanted to stay in Suttons Bay and be able to walk to restaurants and shops. This unit’s location and what was offered nearby didn’t disappoint. The unit was clean, but there were several spider webs in the house and some rather large spiders in those webs. Having the building sprayed for insects inside and out would be very helpful. The living room furniture is not comfortable. After sitting for 20 minutes, we were both aching and trying to find a way to be comfortable. The claw foot tub is nice to look at but is not good for showering. A claw foot tub really doesn’t have a flat spot in it, it all slopes toward the center drain so there isn’t a real good place to stand. Getting in and out of the tub to take a shower is not easy either. The side of the tub at the lowest point is above my knees. I will look for other properties next time we visit for those reasons.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Super clean! The claw foot tub was a nice touch We were very close to some excellent restaurants, the beach, and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and Incredibly Clean!!

Amazing location and the property was incredibly clean! The back patio area is huge and spacious and a great place to hang out. Smooth check in process and very responsive owners. Will definitely book here again

Beautiful Place in Suttons Bay!

Great place to stay in Suttons Bay. Perfect for our kids, ages 3 and 6 with easy access to the beach, playground, farmer's market, ice cream shop, restaurants, and bike path. We had a great time and hope to return next summer!

Great location!

Great location in a fun town! Super clean, everything you could need for a great weekend. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Comfortable beds and owners were very helpful 😊we will stay again!

Great location. Very clean!

Very clean and would stay there again. The clawfoot bathtub/shower is a little tricky. We enjoyed the location, and it was easy to get to everything. The deck was cozy and relaxing.

Perfect location to walk town

This is a great value. The location cannot be beat for easy strolls for dinner and only one house north of ice cream! My kids love this house, we have returned now 2 years and look forward to more.
