Lovely property. The house and property were very well maintained. The beach and marsh access were very close. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely, family friendly.

We had the best time! Wonderful home very clean. Enjoyed the private access to beach. Our girls were so excited said it was a dream vacation home. Will for sure book again.

Great stay

A perfect house for our 2 year old, elderly parents, and everyone in between! Close enough to the beach, far enough from any tourist attractions. Wonderful neighborhood and the pool is fantastic

Very, VERY good air conditioning! New, clean, perfectly furnished, great pool, the elevator is awesome for packing in and out, 2 minute walk to the beach and the water way pier. Zero complaints

We loved staying at The Carlton at Holden Beach. The house was so beautiful and clean. It had everything we could have wanted and more.

We have been coming to this area for many years now but this was our first time at Holden and we really enjoyed every moment. The property was just as it was in the photos. Everything was very clean. Staying in a beach house there’s always little things that come up and having a host like this one that answers quickly and resolves any issues fast is so important. I highly recommend the home and more so the host.
