Great house for a family reunion of ten. Very private property and very quiet lake. Amenities were plentiful and in good condition. Puzzles, games and books in abundance. Hosts were friendly, responsive and are constantly looking to improve the guest experience. We will be back!

The Elizabeth House exceeded all of our expectations! The home owners thought of every detail to make our stay so special. The kitchen was superb, bedrooms dreamy, living areas cozy for family gatherings and playing games. Outdoor seating and water area abundant with kayaks, jumping platform and inflatables. Plenty of space for the whole family to be together, yet bedrooms private for quiet and rest. Perfect!

Little Lake Traverse Gem

Wonderful hosts, beautiful and very functional home, fabulous location, quiet, and peaceful. What a place to spend some well deserved R&R.

The house was beautiful, especially well stocked with dishes etc. The hosts are great! Beautiful setting on the lake with water sports items. Our family loved the tritoon—so fun!

Wonderful Property

We had a great holiday weekend with two families sharing this wonderful house on a beautiful and quiet lake. The owner was very communicative and accommodating.

Friends trip

Stayed here with my wife and 2 boys (7 and 9) and two other families, kids ranged infant-10. Beautiful property, as advertised. Very happy with the hosts and our stay!

Perfect getaway

Elizabeth house was perfect for our family of 11! The house had everything you could want or need. The property manger was easy to reach if we had a question or needed anything. We can’t wait to come back!

This was an amazing property and perfect for our family 6 adults and 3 toddlers. While the pictures are beautiful it does not capture the true charm and overall feeling of the property, Shallow, sandy and natural shoreline were safe and kept them occupied for hours. The hosts thought of everything! Ample beach towels, life jackets, kayaks and more. The kitchen was well stocked with higher end pots, pans, utensils and double oven. Amazing selection of dishes, cups and even plastic for the kids. Beds were all comfy with well appointed linens. Easily our favorite home rental! Will be back next year. Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us.

Beautiful home and great location

The house was beautiful and spacious, and we found it to be even better than pictured and described. The host was extremely communicative and helpful. It was a great place to stay with our extended family for the new year. I would definitely recommend this property, it would be even better in the summer and warmer months when you could utilize the lake access.

Exceptional property in arguably nicest corner of Michigan. Owner was responsive and addressed any of our needs promptly. Highly recommend for large groups or multiple families looking for large, beautiful home that has it all.

Family Reunion

Elizabeth House was great for our family reunion of 13, toddlers to seniors. Lots of space for everyone to gather and special nooks for those who needed some alone time. Wonderful outdoor opportunities from shallow water play to smooth kayak flotillas. Eating outside and s'mores around the campfire was all fun. Beautiful area with lots to do and over far too soon.

Very easy check in with any questions addressed immediately by owner. We adapted as needed with no problems. Convenient, modern appliances in spacious kitchen. (Needs a coffee grinder but that’s it!) Loved double oven and multi-burner gas cooktop. Propane grill on patio dining area was a great addition for feeding our large family. Great for multiple cooks.

Amazing house on a quiet lake! Was able to accommodate our family of 11. Hosts were amazing and accessible if needed. This was our second year at Elizabeth House and we plan to come again next year!!

This home had everything we were looking for plus it was beautiful, clean, well appointed and comfortable for our family. The beds were very comfortable! The location was perfect. There were so many things to do in the area….hiking, beaches, shopping, sand dunes, etc. The shallow area by the dock was perfect for our small grandchildren (and two small dogs) to play. We enjoyed the pontoon, kayaks and floating platforms on the peaceful lake.
