Had a wonderful stay here. The house is beautifully designed, spotless, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The panoramic mountain views are even better in person, and the location made it really easy to get to Belleayre while still feeling private and peaceful. We especially loved the hot tub, the cozy living spaces, and the well-equipped kitchen. Everything felt thoughtful and well-cared for, and communication was smooth throughout. This is a perfect Catskills getaway, and we’d absolutely stay here again.”

Beautiful home in a beautiful location! Andy’s house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay in the Catskills. The location, well-stocked kitchen, cozy sitting areas, and crisp linens were the perfect creature comforts after days of hiking nearby. Having a soak in the hot tub under the twinkle lights and roasting marshmallows in the easy to use outdoor fire pit were highlights. We love it here- don’t miss out on this place.

Beautiful spot close to Belleayre

Stayed here while working at Mountain Jam 2025. Beautiful house with all the amenities. Owners are very responsive. Very close to Belleayre, great view of the mountain from the deck.

A Comfortable and Complete Stay

One of our favorite rentals to date, this house is modern, thoughtful and well designed/smart. Plenty of comfortable spaces and amenities for our family of four. We hope to be back very soon!

Like Staying at a 5 Stat Hotel

Could not ask for a more comfortable stay, Professionally managed, clean, and the best appliances we had seen at any rental. Tremendous amount of space and great design for families or couples. The host were accommodating and concerned that we had a great time, which we did, Highly recommended, great value.

Great House

We had a great time at this house. the two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs really make it easy to share this house with friends. we had everything we needed. great location and amazing view. the downstairs hang-out area with the giant tv is incredible as well

Ski Weekend with family and friends

Amazing location. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and well taken care of. Perfect home for family and friends. Easy check in/check out process and great communication with the hosts. Andy and Sera were great and easy to reach. Close to several great mountains for skiing/snowboarding and snow tubing. Definitely will be back again! Highly recommend! Mike and Casey
