Great Boulder home that is pet friendly and close to trails! Fenced in back yard was awesome for our dog. House is a great location, near trails and grocery stores.

Very comfortable place for our family to stay. Well-appointed kitchen was great for cooking family dinner. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to all the major services. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Great location

Lovely space in perfect location with easy access to downtown and the great outdoors. Host was great to work with and very responsive. We loved our stay and time in Boulder!

Wonderful renovated home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly located for hiking and shopping, and very clean inside. The kitchen was well stocked, nice fenced yard, and large bathtub. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Boulder area, and we hope to stay there again next year!

We loved the neighborhood and the proximity to the trails near NCAR. Great hikes during the day. The house was cool. Lots of light and a nice outdoor space.

This property is in a great location - nice neighborhood, quiet and very close to many destinations. We loved Boulder and it was very easy and quick to get to all the places we visited in that area. Our host, Ceci is responsive and helpful. We had quite a delay for check in and it was not a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Fantastic Rental

Home was clean & exactly as shown in the pics. Well maintained & stocked with all the basics we needed. Short drive to CU. Ceci made things simple. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Another great stay on Table Mesa

This is our second time staying at this nicely renovated, roomy 3 bedroom house. Entirely redone recently, this house is in a quiet neighborhood with parks and walking nearby and just a short stroll to areas with restaurants and commercial activities. The owner is great to work with and communication was easy. Thanks for the great stay and will look forward to our next trip to Boulder.

Convenient South Boulder Home

We were here for a short stay while visiting family & hiking in the Boulder area. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There's plenty of room inside & a fenced in yard. It's an easy drive (or even walk if you are a walker) to the King Soopers, Whole Foods, Southern Sun Pub, Sweet Cow Ice Cream. It's a drive to Pearl Street, but we are familiar with Boulder, so intentionally chose this area to stay, and just headed to Pearl Street for the evening.

Great 3 bed, 2 bath house in a quiet residential setting

We really enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated 3 bed, 2 bath South Boulder house. The yard was still in transition, but the house has been expertly renovated with very nice features such as refinished hardwood floors, new appliances and fixtures. It is a very comfortable environment and located in a quiet neighborhood where you can walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants or easily hit CU and the Pearl St. area with a quick car ride or bike ride, which we did one evening. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with on all aspects of the rental. Highly recommend staying here in Boulder!

Cute Remodel for a VRBO

This was a great house that had been remodeled with a clean, cute, modern vibe. We had no real problems here and would stay here again. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because of the following: - In the largest bedroom (where we slept), there was no window covering on one window and a white window covering on the other. Light came flooding in with the sunrise. - There was no ice or ice tray in the freezer. - There was a Keurig coffee machine but no coffee pods to get us started on the first morning. The house is very close to a Whole Foods, which was convenient.

Perfect retreat

Everything you could hope for: Conveniently located near scenic Viele Lake walking path and short drive to downtown Boulder. Pet friendly property with nice fenced in backyard.

Stairs, stairs everywhere

Unfortunately I was very ill prior to staying here and I managed to break my foot in addition to overall weakness. You can’t use a bathroom without going up or down stairs. The patio in back is a bit treacherous to get off of as the edge is partially hidden and parts are quite far off the ground. This was especially difficult for my senior dog who can’t manage stairs or big dips anymore and isn’t a small dog. I didn’t have access to photos after renting, so I never thought to ask about that. The sectional in the living room is strange. There are “back pillows” that aren’t attached (my 10 yo didn’t know and fell off the couch).. It’s really not made more than 3 people to comfortably sit. It’s also difficult to watch tv because of the setup. We made due given my dog’s and my limitations, and we were happy with the rental and location. My husband LOVED the location as he was able to do the outdoor, fun stuff with our kiddos.

Wonderful place... Recommended.

My wife and I came with out sheltie Watson. The location is terrific - Whole Foods seconds away by car, amazing bikes nearby. One of the most beautiful parks I have seen is a couple blocks away...perfect for the hound. The home is modern and we'll decorated - gas stove top - Viking and GE appliances. Fenced in yard in back. Neighborhood is quiet with kind neighbors (this is not a party house). Only heads-up is this is not a professionally managed property - so you don't have the immediate response from the owner on little things. (We had a small wait to get in the door) Other than that, it was a great stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect Table Mesa Home

For a couple with a small dog this was a perfect home for a long (6-week) stay. Great space and top kitchen appliances. The owner is helpful and the fenced yard is perfect for pets.

Perfect boulder getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving at Ceci’s home. The house is perfectly located very close to downtown Boulder, shops, beautiful walks etc. The house has everything one could ask for in a weekend getaway. The backyard was fabulous for our dog . The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a wonderful Thanksgiving feast. I can recommend this home without any reservation and we definitely want to stay here again.
