Lakefront home for the whole family! Lake views from the main living area, deck and lower level. Porch swing, Ping Pong table, canoe, kayaks and more!
Comforters, blankets, sheets, pillows and bath towels are included. All beds are made prior to check-in, so you can walk in, put your things down and start relaxing.
MAIN LEVEL:
Great room with vaulted ceilings, large windows and three sets of sliding glass doors opening to the lakeside deck. Sectional sofa, kitchen open to living room, and dining table that seats 12. Large Smart TV. One full bath with shower/tub combination. Two bedrooms with one queen bed each. Laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer.
UPPER LEVEL:
Master suite with king size bed. Full bath with separate shower and jetted bathtub.
LOWER LEVEL:
Walk-out basement with lake views. Large family room with Smart TV and foosball table. Table for playing cards and games. One full bath with shower/tub combination. One bedroom with queen bed. One bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (equal to four twins).
Other amenities: Pack-n-play. High chair,. Two crock pots. Board games and puzzles. Ceiling fans in every room (except bunk bed room)
OUTDOOR AREAS:
Screened in porch accessible from great room, front steps and back deck. Picnic table, ceiling fan and outdoor furniture for relaxing.
Lakeview deck accessible from main level sliding glass doors, and stairs to backyard. Outdoor dining table for six, outdoor seating and grill for cooking.
Outdoor porch under deck accessible from lower level. Outdoor porch swing, Ping Pong table.
Large slightly sloped yard down to water. Picnic table down near water.
Dock with space for relaxing and sunbathing, four Adirondack chairs and one side table. Ramp may be used for swimming and person entry (at your own risk), but is NOT available for launching boats. There are a few public access ramps about ten minutes away. Graduated water levels to about 8 feet deep at end of the dock. Cleats on both sides of boathouse for docking.
Two single kayaks, one double kayak, and one canoe. Paddles provided, some life jackets/PFDs available.

Clean 5 bedroom home. Only 1 refrigerator not 2. No shade at the dock. So need to bring something for shade. We had a great time.

We absolutely love this place—have stayed there twice. It is cozy with incredible views and a dock and swimming area that just beckon you to the water. Positioning on the lake is great. It’s everything a lakehouse should be! Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful.

Great Vacation Stay
Owners go all out to accommodate guests. Games, puzzles and even spices in the kitchen cabinet. Just all kinds of room. If someone wants a little quiet time there is a space for them.

Most well equipped kitchen and bathrooms of any home we have rented over the last 30 years. Extremely clean and well appointed home with several superb outdoor living areas where we ate every meal. We loved the large dining table and used it to gather around and play lots of games. Really nice appliances and especially loved the large gas range. We did find a leak from a newly installed icemaker line upon arrival which was immediately taken care of by a contractor who arrived within an hour. The host and management person were extremely apologetic and took care to make our stay a memorable one. The lake view was spectacular and only wish we could have stayed longer to actually enjoy getting out on the water.

This is our 8th year on the lake staying at different places. This house ranks near the top! Great location. Deep water to jump and dive in, but still in a cove so the water is calm. Great grassy yard. Kayaks were a bonus! The house fit us all perfectly. It was nice to have the kids use the downstairs and the adults on the main level. Kitchen was stocked with all amenities. The house was very clean. Thank you for having us!

Amazing home
The Rookery was a beautiful home with more amenities than we could have hoped for. Jess has thought of every detail and there is nothing more we could have hoped for! The water pressure in the showers was great. We took advantage of ping pong and foosball, and the many other board games that were available. Not only was the kitchen fully stocked, but there was cabinet space available for all of our groceries.

This was the perfect property for a family getaway with our kids and grandkids. The house was spacious and clean. There were excellent sitting areas for our group of seven adults and four kids. The downstairs with the foosball table, lots of games, and plenty of space was a fun hangout for everyone. The dock was great for lounging, kayaking, and keeping the boat. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed (although we did run out of dishwashing liquid on the last day). The beds were comfortable, and the kids loved having their own bunkroom. The view of the lake was nice, and it was a wonderful base from which to go tubing, wakeboarding, etc. with being able to stay close enough to the house to drop off babies as needed. We loved the screened-in porch, especially on the day it rained. Thank you for the excellent communication before, during, and after our trip. We enjoyed your house tremendously, and look forward to returning in the future.

Clean, great communication with host, and wonderful layout. The 11 of us never felt like we were on top of each other! Beautiful house and property. You can tell the house is well maintained!
