This rental was exactly as advertised! The place was clean, well kept, and stocked with the general necessities that allowed us to enjoy a short, relaxing vacation. The check-in/check-out instructions were very comprehensible to interpret and the host was really friendly in our brief communication. I would highly recommend renting this place and will bookmark this place as an option for any future vacations we may take in FL.

Wonderful and comfortable stay. We were there for a soccer tournament. It was 10 min to get to IMG fields and there is a Starbucks on the way. Kitchen had everything we needed and we even took a dip in the pool one night which was very relaxing. Travis was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great Location

Was perfect location to many things. We were in for an event at IMG and it was a short drive to campus. Plus a short drive to the beaches and shopping. Having a pool on location was also fun. House is well maintained with everything you could need.

Clean and beautiful home

I booked unit A but was switched to B. I think they are similar so it was okay. Stay was cozy, and clean. Bed were super comfy. We bought a fan and beach umbrella to take to the beach and left for future guests. Would stay here again.

Relaxing and Comfortable Staycation

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The backyard amenities were fantastic. Our friends stopped by one day and talked about how great it would be to rent all three units at the same time. Maybe next time.My only complaint is that with all of the TVs being the same brand, even with the remotes being numbered to match the TVs, remotes in other rooms were still turning the wrong TVs on/off, adjusting volume, etc. But we only watched TV at night, so not a big deal.

Very Clean Beautiful Place

Plenty of Space inside. Very Clean. Wonderfully Heated Pool. Good amount of space for parking. We had 2 trucks and a small boat parked all on our side only of the duplex. Our Family would definitely stay there again. Our only issue was that the Fridge wasn't working. But they sent someone out the very next morning even tho it was a holiday weekend. We have already recommended the place to a friend who was inquiring.

Rooms were clean and pool was very nice.We did have a few TV issues but resolved quickly.I grew up in Bradenton and realized the property would be 10 to 15 minutes away from Coquina Beach and Bradenton Beach.Worked perfectly for us.
