Great lay out if you are parents with several kids. No children have to be on the ground first floor which always bothered me as a mom. The kids and I were on the second floor, my parents on the first floor with the kitchen and living room. It saved my mom lots of steps. Views are beautiful, great location. The house was clean and pretty.

A Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Topsail's Treasure. The house was one of the most well stocked kitchens and linens we've had. We loved the layout of the main floor and the kids really enjoyed the games on the ground level. Overall, one of our best rentals we've had in Topsail.

It was beautiful and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. I would rent this place over and over again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week. You can not beat this location. House overall was in good shape. Starting to see some wear and tear on the deck. Refrigerator freezer draw did no come out completely. Difficulty to store food in freezer. This was mentioned to agent I believe two years ago when we were there. Puddle was found in garage coming from small leak in pipe. Rental office was advised and said it is in process to be fixed. Again great house would recommend it to vacationers.

Great place on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at the beach was great! The house was very spacious with smart TVs everywhere. Its a short walk to the beach with a huge deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen had more pots, pans, bowls, coffee cups and eating utensils than any other place we have rented over the past years.The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the coffee maker with a Keurig.I would suggest this place and will rent here again.

All good things must come to an end!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I have been vacationing at this specific home for several years now. We love Topsail Beach and all that it has to offer. We have watched the house slowly decline in condition but understood that rentals can sometimes be hard to keep up with. This year the freezer was malfunctioning to the point of hardly being able to be used, The stove took at least 20-30 minutes to reach temp, the master bathroom was clogged and unable to be used, mold in the master shower and the list sadly goes on. None of these things made us upset because we have always been so grateful to be able to stay at a house we feel comfortable in on a beach we love in a town that we enjoy. We immediately went to rebook for the same week in 2027 as we always have done only to find that the price we paid for 2025 had jumped by $3000!! The current price for 2027, same week, same house, is now ALMOST DOUBLE what we paid last year. I'm heartbroken! We cannot afford to go back.

Enjoyable Family Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week at the beach. The house was clean. The deck was great. The master bedroom bed was very hard, uncomfortable, and lumpy.Refrigerator freezer door was hard to open and the ice bin would overflow and fall out on the floor when you opened it. The thermostat was programmed so the guests could not adjust it. It would get warmer in the middle of the night, making it uncomfortable for sleeping. Did not use the grill, it was nasty. It looked like it had never been cleaned. Hose was on deck but could not use the outside water faucets with hose to wash items off. The same at the driveway, water faucets were not useable. Even with these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing our input.

We're sorry some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. As outlined in both the Rental Agreement and the Guest Information provided prior to arrival, the grill at this home is owner-provided and is not maintained by Landmark Vacation Rentals. Guests are asked to clean the grill after use as a courtesy to future guests. We also did not receive any calls or messages during your stay regarding the refrigerator, outdoor water spigots, or thermostat. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to investigate and address any issues we could. The thermostat does have preset limits to protect the HVAC system, but guests should still be able to adjust the temperature to approximately 70°F, which is generally considered a comfortable sleeping temperature. We will have our maintenance team inspect it to ensure it is operating properly. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Guest feedback helps us identify items that may need attention, and we're pleased to hear you were still able to enjoy your stay. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Christmas memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd Christmas at the beach and it was incredible! The weather could not have been any better and our grandchildren played on the beach as if it were Summer. The overly spacious deck was perfect for sitting in the sun and enjoying the multitude of sea animals in our view. We love the spacious open living area and the fun fireplace. The extremely well equipped kitchen made it easy to fix lots of delicious eats. A holiday must! Look forward to many new happy times at this Topsail Treasure.

Amazing beach week!

We had 8 people with us including a toddler and three teens. This was the perfect place with multiple rooms to spread out. Loved the front house on the beach! The porch is on the beach and you can see the ocean from the main two floors on each room. It was amazing. We went the week before memorial weekend which meant we didn’t have much of a crowd, we enjoyed the empty beaches. The house was in great shape, very clean and PLENTY of towels for the bathrooms. They come in personal sized packs with wash cloths and hand towels for each person. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cooking utensils. Nice dining table area and bar area to eat and spread out. There is also a white storage bench outside with several sand toys for the kids and a few boogie boards. This unit does NOT have beach towels so make sure to bring your own. Also there is one blow dryer for the entire unit which really isn’t a biggie but we did have to share and pass from floor to floor. The kids enjoyed the kid room with 5 beds, books, toys, and puzzles! Had a blast. Great texting communication with rental company about trash info. You will need to go out and purchase your main bathroom toilet paper/ paper towel etc. but that’s to be expected. We loved it and hope to return one day!

Topsail Treasure

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Topsail Treasure rental #148 for nine years. The first time we looked for a rental at Topsail we visited several in the off season to check them out. First time we walked into Topsail Treasure and saw the the expansive view of the ocean, we said this is it and rented it on the spot and we have never regretted it. The house is well maintained. The current Rental Agency, Landmark, is very service minded and responsive. The beach, even in "peak season" is family oriented and not crowded. Great place hope to be back next year. Great place for young family and children or in our case senior citizens who want to take the ocean in at a peaceful setting.

Topsail's Treasure

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the house for 5 years. We have never had an issue with cleanliness, but there were so many issues, and we found more and more at the week went on. Also the dishwasher isn't cleaning well, probably do to the soap dispenser not opening up all the way and the freezer has gotten away worse. Otherwise, the view, location and accommodations were good as usual. The kitchen is stocked although the coffee mugs were too cluttered and one fell out of the cabinet when we opened it.

An over the top stay

With 6 adults and 2 under 5 children, the spaciousness of downstairs was greatly appreciated, as was the upstairs sitting area. This house had THE best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen, from pots and pans, to ample dishes and silverware. And since we cook while there, the pantry space was perfect for all of our items. With its breathtaking view of the ocean and incredibly spacious deck, the little ones had extra play space. This was a win,win trip for all involved, an over the top stay,

Blue Beach house on Permuda

The first day I got the pleasure of stepping on a cockroach in my bare feet. 2 others were removed during the stay. The ice maker continues to have issues and didn't produce any ice during the stay...ice had to be purchased.
