Enjoy a nautical experience at this centrally-located guest suite in Pensacola, FL. This beautiful suite has just been completely remodeled and is located just 3 miles from the airport, 5 miles to downtown, and 11 miles to Pensacola Beach. While this suite is attached to the main house, it has complete privacy with 2 parking spots, separate entrance, privacy fence, and its own patio area. Inside you will find a Queen bed with a Serta mattress and a Queen pull out sofa in the living room. We want you to have the true Pensacola experience and will do anything to make it happen!

Perfect for Us!

Just as described - clean, comfortable, safe/quiet neighborhood, convenient to nice restaurants and very easy to drive downtown and out to UWF.Great hosts, good communications.All in all the perfect place for father, daughter and grandson in town for high school mountain bike race.

Awesome place to stay!

This little place is very comfortable and is in a terrific location. The amenities are very nice and worked very well for our family, 3 audults. It was comfortable, incredibly clean and the hosts are terrific. The ease of checking in and everything is perfect. You will not regret staying here!

College Move In Stay

We stayed 5 days while moving our daughter into college. The rental is exactly as listed. The host were super nice and we felt safe with them being next to us. The only reason for 4 star is the mattress on pull out bed is very thin. You have no padding from the springs. Other than that, it is the perfect rental.

Perfect Pensacola Stay

Newly renovated downstairs "apartment" was just right for my quick 2 day work trip...but it's also great as a vacation place. Tasteful decor and thoughtfully outfitted with everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. A dining/sunroom, living room that had a microwave and small frig., and a large screen TV, bath and separate bedroom. Perfectly situated, the neighborhood is quiet with easy access to downtown Pensacola and the interstate. The owners were very responsive. I would stay again!

Great location comfortable and clean accommodations

Accommodations were incredibly comfortable, spacious, clean, and safe/secure. I booked this rental for 2 weeks and during that time the hosts were available for any questions and made me feel very welcome. Great location!

Short beach trip

Very clean and inviting

We stayed at Mackenzie’s for only one day due to very dense travel plans but we certainly enjoyed this clean and spacious rental especially a very thoughtfuly stacked kitchen area and bathroom so we could focus on our goals and not the shopping. Very nice hosts and we will definitely stay there again. Yes and i did not mention 10 min drive to airport!! Thank you Mason. Keep it up.

Hello, we're Mason and Maddi MacKenzie. We are recently married and new homeowners! We are both originally from Centreville, MD. Mason graduated from the Naval Academy and is currently Attending Flight school as a Naval Officer while Maddi is a Medical Assistant in Dermatology. We both love going to the beach, exploring new restaurants and attractions. We love our new home and think you will too! Especially the short drives to desired places!

We love how our home is centrally located to so many tourist attractions Pensacola has to offer. We are close to the airport, downtown, the beach, the mall, but still just barely outside town limits to experience peace and quiet at night times. It also makes us feel safer as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our property is attached to our split-level home. We personally built a wall and door to separate the upstairs from the downstairs. So although they are attached, there is a sense of complete privacy! We even built a privacy fence for our guests, added new sod, and flowers for aesthetics. We want our guests to not only enjoy what our city has to offer, but to enjoy where they're staying and feel safe. Inside there is a beautiful sun room with a 6 person dining room table. A living room with a 55in smart tv, sofa bed, 2 single chairs, microwave, coffee maker, and a mini fridge. The bedroom has an incredibly comfy Queen bed along with matching nightstands and 6 drawer dresser, and a closet as well.
