This centrally located unit offers easy access to Denver highways and nearby attractions. It includes a washer/dryer, full bathtub, queen bed with blackout curtains, and a sofa sleeper for extra guests. A pack ‘n play is available upon request.
Enjoy access to a pool, tennis/racquetball court, small playground and a 5-minute walk to Lake Arbor, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
Please note: located on the 3rd (top) floor with two flights of stairs and no elevator.

The community pool is right out the back door. It's clean and wonderful. I loved the little bonuses like the ice machine and air fryer/toaster

It was a wonderful stay! Host was great at communicating and was available for any questions we had. It had all the amenities we could have asked for. Very clean, easy check in and out. Highly recommend!

Our stay in this lovely condo did not disappoint! The ambiance was so comforting...light and airy with so much natural light. Our host kept the line of communication open at all times and was so kind and friendly and helpful. Our family live in Arvada. We hope to make this our "home away from home" when visiting, if available.

3 month stay was fantastic. Great location right besides an Ingles and main streets. The unit is tight and cosy with a comfortable bed. Easy to do laundry, cooking and daily living. It suited my needs perfectly and I was very safe and comfortable the whole time. Lynette was excellent with communication and hiking suggestions. Overall, I could not have been happier.

A wonderful apartment in Arvada

We just finished an amazing month long stay at Lynette’s apartment. It was fantastic! She is a very nice person and great communicator. Check in/out instructions are very clear. The first thing we noticed was that the apartment was super clean. I mean so clean – everything was clean - the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room, the bedroom, and even the balcony looked like it had just been swept. The apartment was also very well stocked with everything we needed for our long stay. There were enough living supplies and all the kitchen tools you need to make meals. We also loved the full-size refrigerator and oven. There was a nice toaster oven that also served as an air fryer. The apartment and neighborhood are very quiet. It is on the top floor, so you have no noise from above. We enjoyed the natural light from the many windows and two sky lights. The big bed was very comfortable with extra linens and towels. Lynette has also tastefully decorated the apartment to make it feel like home. We also enjoyed the extra blankets and pillows. Take a look at the pictures because the place looks just as nice as it does in the pictures.The apartment is walking distance from a nice large grocery store and several restaurants. I loved walking around the nearby lake and on the sidewalk trails through the quiet neighborhood. Lynette’s apartment is a fabulous place to stay, and we will try to stay there again when we come back to town. Thank you so much Lynette!

Very cozy, clean quiet space. Comfortable bed, easy to navigate with great communication from host. Not for handicap- 3 flights of stairs no elevator. Walking distance to grocery store. Watched multiple different forework shows on the 4th from the bedroom! Overall fantastic stay!
