New bedding and linens. Minutes from Watch Hill, RI - Foxwoods, Mohegan Sun and 30 mins to Newport RI. Two completely renovated bathrooms in Dec 2023.

Awesome Stay!

The house is adorable and so nicely appointed. It was a perfect location for a quick walk to downtown or to the Museum. Chris is a fabulous host and so accommodating. We would definitely stay again!

Cute Cottage in a Great Location

This is a cute cottage with a large kitchen, a beautiful back yard, and plenty of room for parking. Its location is perfect, within easy walking distance of Mystic Seaport and Museum! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Location and Overall Stay was Excellent

The newly renovated home was cozy and clean. Wasn’t afraid for the babies with us to crawl on the floor which is always a concern. Tastefully decorated and Chris was a great communicator as well as very accommodating. Would recommend and would definitely come stay here again.

Mystic Family Weekend Getaway

It was a perfect location, walking distance to everything. It was great for a small family- we went with our 15 year old son and his friend and we all had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Christopher, the owner, is wonderful and extremely responsive to questions. I would recommend his home to anyone who is looking to get away to Mystic!!

A well appointed home recently refurnished. The tall windows allowed plenty of sun during day making the home feel warm and cheerful. The house is set back away from the street so noise is at a minimum. Be sure to enjoy the harbor from the kitchen window!

Adorable home in perfect location!

Wonderful cottage walking distance to Mystic ( so cute! Many restaurants & shops) Private parking off street. A mile from Seaport, Aquarium, Olde Mystick Village ( shops, restaurants) 2 very comfy queen beds ( 1 with flat screen) plus a separate futon if needed. Big kitchen table & 2 FULL bathrooms ( 1 on each floor). Beautifully landscaped! Highly recommend! You'll absolutely love it! Thanks Christopher!! DW,

One of the best VRBO rentals we have had. Host was communicative. House was prepared, clean, comfortable, and centrally located, just steps from the Seaport and 5 minutes from town. Would recommend highly.

This is the perfect property for a couple or a small family. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance of pretty much everything that downtown Mystic has the offer. The newly landscaped patio and backyard make for an excellent setting for enjoying peaceful evenings after dinner.

Charming home near downtown Mystic

Communication with the owner was excellent. The location of this house is convenient to multiple main roads and highways and it was easy to get to other towns, including Rhode Island. It was within walking distance of downtown Mystic.

Perfect home for a getaway to Mystic

We had a wonderful weekend at Chris's beautiful home in Mystic. The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was perfect for two couples, offering a spacious downstairs area to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We also loved the garden and yard, which provided a lovely space to unwind outdoors. The location was ideal — just a short walk to both downtown Mystic Village and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Chris was very easy to communicate with, and the check-in process was a breeze.

Enjoyable stay

Well maintained and very clean with a responsive host. Walkable access to downtown Mystic and all its offerings. Mystic Seaport is only a few steps away as are charming views of the river. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The property was exactly what we were looking for: early check in, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, private parking, walking distant to all stores, very quiet at night, very safe area.
