This charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable neighborhood in Pittsford. The house features a spacious living room with large windows that let in plenty of natural light, as well as a cozy family room with a fireplace, at home gym and private parking spaces.
In addition, the house is located near several parks and recreational areas, including Locus hill Country club. The house is just a few minutes from the popular Pittsford Plaza, Nazareth college and RIT-Marketplace area.

Beautiful place

Property was everything it said, and more. Beautiful location house was clean and amenities were wonderful. Host was available and communicated very well. Highly recommend.

Great house!

This home was perfect for a quick overnight stay with a group of friends. Everything was as described. Very clean. Well stocked. Great neighborhood, close to everything. Hosts were great. Would stay again.

RIT alumni weekend

Great location - quiet and rural but close to Henrietta/Brihlghton and RIT. Very good for running/walking. The house was very clean and well maintained. The patio must be lovely in the summer.

Lovely home in quiet family neighborhood. Nicely appointed with modern appliances. Spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Easy access with code. Clear instructions provided, which I always appreciate. Communication with host was easy.

Great place in a residential area

Really nice stay. However, there is no hot tub like the listing says. And the kitchen could use more silverware. There were not enough forks, spoons and knives for 6 ppl to eat

Great stay and perfect location!

The house size was perfect for our family of 4! We felt just like at home with everything we needed. The location was in a nice community area and very quiet during the day and night (with minor local traffic). The location also made it for quick access to stores and restaurants and was also only a few miles away from the location for the appointment for our kids. Everything was great and Lourdes was quick to reply to our communications via the VRBO app! Would highly recommend and will definitely keep in mind for the next time we are in the Rochester area!

Spacious, clean and comfortable!

Our group was in town to tour some local college campuses. The house was well-located with just a short drive to both UR and RIT. The suburban neighborhood location was very quiet and safe, and required just a few minutes’ drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. The house was extremely clean and well-appointed. Procedures were well-communicated. We would definitely stay here again if our kids end up choosing colleges in the area!

Family time

The property was as advertised. Host was accommodating. Any issues I messaged were resolved. The kitchen could use a some basic items more silverware, paper products, etc.

Pros: Property was very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is good, and the AC was good on the main floor, though it was hotter upstairs. No problems with wi-fi and parkingCons: The property needs some love. The front entrance is super weedy; the kitchen sink handle is broken, making it hard to turn off; and there is trim that needs repair and a door coming off its hinges upstairs. I think I've been spoiled by all of my previous VRBO stays, because in comparison this house was the least stocked with amenities. Unfortunately, the house did not have toilet paper beyond a half roll in each bathroom, and there were only 3 washcloths in the downstairs bath—no towels. When we asked for more toilet paper, we were sent paper towels instead and we ended up buying our own. I know mistakes happen, but I felt the overall hospitality was lacking. I don't require throw blankets and complimentary snacks and drinks to create a great stay, but it was a missed opportunity. I had to reach out to the owner to get the entrance code the day before our trip, and that experience combined with the missing tp and towels made me feel like our trip was unexpected. It wasn't a "bad" experience overall, but we were in town for a family funeral and unhappy with the drawbacks, especially for the price of the rental.
