Cottage was very cozy, clean and within a very short drive of every where we wanted to go. Excellent restaurants nearby some within walking distance. It is a small cottage community, close together but very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again. Check in/out was a breeze!!

Spotless little cottage

Walking distance to a few restaurants, very close to Forsythe park and River st both within a short drive. The cottage was so clean that my gf thought we were the first people to ever stay in it. We had a great time and will be coming back.

Cute and cozy hidden Gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Marsh Hen. Everything was clean and so cute and convenient. Loved the Porch swing and sitting on porch for our morning coffee. Conveniently located between Tybee and Savannah . First night there we walked down to Tortuga’s Island Grille! Food was amazing and fun eating under the lights of the patio. Quiet stay . We were celebrating our 25 anniversary a month early and the cabin didn’t disappoint!! Would love to stay there again if we travel back to Savannah!

Excellent place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time vacationing in Savannah, Georgia area. A travel agent/friend was helping book our trip. The hotels she was sending were so expensive and right in the middle of Savannah. My wife did some research and stumbled upon properties by Lucky Savannah. It sounded way too good to be true. She had our travel agent deep dive and research the property. It only received great reviews. We booked it. It truly was better than we even expected. Exceptional place!

My husband and I stayed at this cottage twice. The cottage is a comfortable place to stay. However there are few things that I noticed needs attention. The couch and the carpet needs cleaning. I know there is notice saying your luggage can be stored in the office. But if luggage racks are added that would be great! Otherwise we love this place!

Thank you for your review and the four-star rating. I’m glad the cottage was comfortable and that you love the place. I’m sorry the couch and carpet needed attention — we appreciate you letting us know and will arrange for cleaning. Thank you also for the luggage rack suggestion; we’ll look into adding racks to make storing bags easier. If there’s anything else we could have done to make your stay perfect, please let us know through Vrbo messages so we can address it.
