The condo has amazing Ocean views... It is an end unit on the 9th floor which faces the Gulf. There are 2 separate balconies-
The living room balcony provides great ocean views, pool views, and spectacular sunset ocean views!
Our second balcony is located off the master bedroom which has unobstructed views of Lake Powell and the morning sunrise!

The modern kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances & solid wood cabinetry. It is very well equipped to create those fun family meals. Our large dining room table accommodates your entire family. This main level of the condo also has the living room and the balcony which overlooks the ocean. A bathroom & laundry room with a full size washer and dryer completes the lower level.
The upper level of the condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bed room has a luxurious King bed, a private bathroom with glass enclosed shower and a private balcony which overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, a comfortable queen bed and two bunk bed for the kids.

OUR CONDO COMPLEX-
Pinnacle Port condo is a unique ocean front resort located on the QUIET west end of Panama City Beach. With the Gulf on one side and Lake Powell on the other side, Pinnacle port is a unique peninsula resort area of its own. We are set back far away from noisy busy streets.
OUR BEACH-
When you step out of the condo, you are immediately on the sugar-white sandy beach. There are no boardwalks! The adjacent State park and bird sanctuary creates a half mile of UNDEVELOPED beach front allowing for long quiet and relaxing walks along the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf.
OUR AMENITIES- Two Pools, four lighted Tennis courts, Pickle Ball court, Sauna (men's & women's), Exercise room, Shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts, grilling and picnic areas. There is a very nice playground for the children. You have free access to our boat launch, dock and fishing pier on Lake Powell. Free kid's Movies are shown at the pool in summer. Free Wi-Fi. On-site rentals of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and kayaks are available. The property is a private gated community with a 24/7 security staff.
OUR VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION- Only minutes to 30 A communities and the beaches of Santa Rosa, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Pier Park Mall is 10 minutes away with restaurants, rides, shops, movie theater, and a beautiful fishing pier. We are next to the Carillon beach community with its quaint restaurants, markets, bike rentals, which also a great place to take an evening walk. There are two large grocery stores located across from the security gate entrance. We are 20 minutes to the airport. Lots of attractions are minutes away- Gulf World, Shipwreck Island, Ripley's Aquarium, St. Andrews State Park, Sky Wheel, etc.

Gorgeous sunsets, nice property, good area!

This was our 1st time in the area and we had a great experience. The community was close to a lot, great restaurants, the beach is wide and beautiful. The condo itself is exactly as advertised. We'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent condo

Nothing but excellent reviews on the hosts, condo and location. Hosts were very quick to back with me when I decided to add another night and quick to accommodate us. I loved having views of both the ocean and lake. There was plenty of room in condo. Condo was exceptionally clean and loved the decor as well. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice Condo with a great view!

We had a great stay here. Very well furnished and comfortable bed in the Master bedroom. Nice gated community that has the best beach in the Panama City area.

Loved place and location

The condo was updated and very clean and I am a clean freak! For the place being next to a few condos it was so relaxing and not super crowded on the beach which we love too! The pool and that area was always clean as well. We would stay here again if in the area. Very close to places you want to see and do! The host was very responsive even when I didn't mean to call she called me right back.

Great location!

Love the different views! Very secluded spot so just what I was looking for. The only thing is my husband is 6”5 & the main floor ceilings are 7”, so that felt a little tight and the bathrooms were a little cramped for him, but shouldn’t be an issue for most people. But it was a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location

This condo is located in a lovely area - next to the Carillon Beach community, which is a great place to take walks, check out the shops, and get ice cream. The views from both balconies are stunning. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. The main pool was heated, which was very nice. The beach is beautiful. There are several great state parks nearby to explore as well. Our hosts were wonderful. They communicated with us and made sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful Condo at Pinnacle Port

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times over the years. We LOVED this condo! Beautifully remodeled, very clean, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you could need. Condo was stocked with lots of beach gear. I loved having a view off the beach and the inland water from the master bedroom. The hosts are very attentive and communicate well. They took care of every detail. We will return!!

Wonderful beach condo

Perfect beach getaway. Directly on beach with quick and easy access to gulf. Large pool with snack bar and tons of space for swimming, tanning, and hanging out. Condo was beautifully decorated, beds comfortable, and condo had anything and everything we could have needed from beach chairs and boogie boards to crock pot. Our family has no complaints and thank you for a wonderful week with lots of memories made.

Great Property!

Great location and views! Parking was never an issue and neither were the elevators. It was an easy drive to all the restaurants and stores but far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with constant traffic. The condo was well stocked and very clean. The beach was fantastic and not overly crowded. Overall awesome vacation spot!

5 Stars PLUS!

Perfect place. Clean, updated, perfect viewed from both bedrooms and the living room, easy beach and pool access, spa for men and women, game room, etc. We will absolutely rerun! The neighborhood is so private and the beach so clean and private and perfect. Only suggestions are: the sliding door in living room sticks and need adjusted. Would also recommend a few extra dish towels and definitely a drying rack for dishes as we hand washed most of ours so we would only have to run the dishwasher once. And lastly, more lids that fit the cooking pans. There was only one larger one that for and the other 2 were too small for skillets. Also the beach umbrella was falling a bit apart so a new one would be great! But seriously, we loved it and were blessed and felt at home!!!!

Repeat stay was just as wonderful as our first time

My husband and I returned with our 3 teenage children for our second spring break at this unit. Check in process was so easy. Parking under the canopy late at night while we unloaded and used the luggage carrier was simple and easy. Never a wait for the elevator to this 9th floor unit. Our boys fished every morning/evening on Lake Powell and we watched from the master balcony. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Fitness center is small, but functional. Beach and 2 pools are attached, which allowed my family to come and go as needed. When we finished at the beach for the day, we’d spend some time playing shuffleboard or tennis. At night, my kids could join a huge group of kids to play basketball at Carrillon. We spent a morning walking through Carrillon for exercise. 5 min from Publix grocery. 10 min from any dinner spot. The owner responded quickly when we addressed a light fixture issue. Highly recommend this unit.

Girls Trip

My best friend and I took my 8 year old daughter on a 4 night girls trip, and this condo was perfect for us! The check in process was so easy, the condo has so many amenities for adults and children alike, the views from both bedrooms in the condo are beautiful. It’s far enough out of PCB that it doesn’t feel so commercialized, which we loved, and it’s just 10/10! I definitely plan to be back!!

Winter getaway

We rented for the last 2.5 weeks of February. The place is smaller than it appears in the pictures with quite low ceilings over kitchen area so just be aware that it’s small square footage (I’d guess living room area to be 12x14 and same with kitchen/dining space. and seating wise there is a only a smaller couch and one reclining chair so more than 3 people might find it uncomfortable and then a 6 person dining table which is probably too large for the space really as it extends into living area. The balcony views are nice from both sides. Could use a table on the balcony for drinks or books etc. shower tile in master bathroom had some black mold and stairs could use fresh coat of paint and carpet. Hall bathroom upstairs is very small. Bedrooms are both average size and beds are comfortable. Beach access was nice and the beaches were beautiful. Pool area was closed but looked nice from our balcony. Overall I’d give the unit 3 stars The bad part of our stay and hopefully not one that others will experience there was that there was major demolition going on in the unit next door from 7:30am-6pm every day for 3 weeks except Sundays. 5-6 workers each day and electric saws, nail guns, pounding all day. Doors open onto balconies so there was literally no escaping it. We complained finally after seeing inside one day halfway through our stay that it was down to the studs so not ending any time soon. The owners first response was we could leave and they’d reimburse for our remaining days that we didn’t stay. Not an option. Then an offer of 20% off 5 days -we were there for 17 and endured this unpleasant experience the entire time. They also wanted us to handle it by complaining to security each day that it went beyond 5pm. Apparently any noise is allowed from 8-5:30 Mon-Sat. So I’m noting this because from now on it’s a question we will ask the owners before renting anywhere else if there is planned construction/demolition next door. If we had young children that needed a nap it would have been impossible. Imagine 6 men doing construction. All day long every day. Obviously we were out of the unit from about 10am-5ish enjoying the beach or meals out etc but the time spent inside (and we had a couple rainy days) were beyond unpleasant. But something to think about and ask ahead of time if owners of rentals think this is just something that you should have to tolerate while paying thousands of dollars for a rental.

Great location for a family get away!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this fabulous condo!! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The beds are extremely comfortable!! Our children loved the indoor pool and searching for shells at Phillips inlet a short walk down the beach!! The owners were quick to respond to any questions that arose!! We will definitely be returning as we are able!! Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!!

Wonderful Family Getaway

Me, my husband and our 3 kids, aged 8,10 &12 stayed in this wonderful condo in January. The purpose of the visit was to see our snowbird parents who were just down the hall. We got into PCB early and were allowed early checkin which was so nice! The condo was beautiful and the perfect setup for our family. The views were stunning! The condo was clean and had everything we needed! It was quite cold while we were visiting so the heated indoor pool was perfect! We spent each morning swimming with the kids and visiting with my in-laws. Anytime I had a question, it was answered via text very quickly. One thing we were excited about was that we were able to get food delivered right to the condo which was awesome after a long day exploring PCB. There was nothing we would have changed! I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for wanting to enjoy the gorgeous beaches on Panama City, but not the crowd that it might bring. The condo offered beautiful views of both the ocean and the Bay Area. Condo owner was fantastic with communication!

We have a long stretch of undeveloped beach front because of the adjacent State Park and bird sanctuary which means very uncrowded beaches for you! We are located well off the main road away all the noise and the craziness of the other beaches around Panama City. And we are just 5 minutes from 30A and 10 minutes from Pier Park.
