This cozy villa features a queen bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and small bunk beds perfect for kids. Relax with Roku Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and cook meals easily in the fully equipped kitchen including spices for cooking as well as both a Keurig and standard drip coffee makers. Sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on your private oceanview balcony!
Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️
As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.
Biking is the most common form of transportation in the area, rentals are available in walking distance. There is also a free trolley that runs all over the island and picks up across the street about every 20-30 minutes.
Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Host communication was exceptional, even checking in during the trip to see if we needed anything. Condo was very nicely appointed and well stocked kitchen, bath etc. Perfect location with ocean views and easy walk to beach. Loved it.

This is exactly what we needed! It was just the two of us needing a mental break from our medical life...and this was great! The hallway bunk beds are definitely tiny, so we used them to hold our suitcases, but if you have small children, they'd be perfect. Lots of little touches that were thought of: floor fan for extra airflow, extra seat cushions and pillows, beach chairs and umbrella (we ended up renting the pre-set ones to make life easier), 2 beach towels (didn't kniw about these, so we had brought our own). The queen sized bed was sooooo comfy! We tried to take the trolley, but could never find the stop closest to us!

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, good amenities and attractive. The kitchen. Cabinets and the front of the appliances needed to be wiped down. Countertops felt a little grimy. I was disappointed with that. I contacted the host and they apologized and said that it was unusual. They don’t typically have complaints. Had a problem with the blinds on the sliding glass door, which the host came almost immediately to help withThe air conditioning worked well although pretty loud. When running

Toes in the Sand
Excellent location, just minutes from the door to the sand! Walking distance to the park and many restaurants. Check-in was clear and simple and the unit was as advertised with a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. Pool was also nice. Will definitely be back!

I was very pleased with the condo and would definitely stay here again! The condo was clean and the pictures are a true representation of the inside. There is a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony and the walk to the beach is short and easy! The location is close to restaurants and a grocery store. There were a lot of little touches that I appreciated, a small box with a couple of sweet treats..well equipped kitchen...good chairs on balcony...beach chairs...a full length mirror... lots of hooks and plenty of hangers in the closet!! A great stay! Thank You!

All About Location
Location, location, location!!! What more do you need?! Literally steps to the beach. They provide the beach chairs and towels. It was a needed no-brainer! Everything you need is provided. Jeremy, the host, was wonderful and Kendall, host, responded quickly to questions I had. Walking distance into the cute Coligny town center. You can walk for miles on the beach. Insane sunrises and sunsets! We WILL be back for more!!

The view, amenities, and overall condo were excellent, and I had a decent experience overall.The only disappointment was the cleanliness. The kitchen felt and looked a bit grimy when I arrived. There were handprints on the mirrors, the countertops didn't feel clean, and there was visible grime and drip marks on the front of the stove and dishwasher.The bedroom and bathroom, however, were very clean, and the towels and sheets were fresh and nice.I reported the issue and was told that this was unusual and would be addressed. While I appreciated the acknowledgment, nothing was offered at the time—or afterward—to make up for the inconvenience.
