Comfortable beach condo overlooking the water from the hillside -- Tremendous view from decks on both levels. Very good location - short walk up the hill from the sand. A few challenges which the property manager is aware of and working on - some plumbing leaks, and an ants issue in the kitchen. Could use some updating, but what beach condo can’t say the same! :)

Incredible views off both decks. You can hear the waves crashing from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a new queen sofa sleeper. Both the master and the 2nd bed and bath are on the top floor when you walk in. The stairs lead down to the family room with a very warm fireplace, nice deck, dining for 6 plus a bar that seats three. There is also a room downstairs with a Murphy bed and this is where the laundry area is which was extremely convenient. All of the beds and furniture were comfortable. There were an abundance of linens, towels and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked. The only advice I would offer is to bring ant traps and extra paper products and garbage bags. The listing at the time of rental said the pool was being remodeled and would be done upon check in but it was not yet complete - new estimate is August. If a pool is a dealbreaker - check with the office before you rent to make sure it is done. I doubt it will be done in August based on its current condition. Bailey dropped off any traps for us and they worked great. The unit we stayed in had an uncovered parking spot right in front of the front door. We would stay here again - there was plenty of space for us and our 4 teen boys.

Great Ocean View

It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.

We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the sunset. The only downside was the queen bed upstairs which was not very comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.
