We had an excellent stay at this Santa Cruz beach house! Everything was thoughtfully prepared and nicely stocked, making our stay comfortable and easy. We really appreciated the attention to detail—it felt like the hosts had thought of everything. We would happily stay again!

Wonderful house with plenty of space for two families. Host was very easy to get in touch with when I had questions. Close to the beach!

We loved this space for our family! We were able to split the place between two families with multiple little kids and we felt so comfortable the whole time. The indoor-outdoor space was so nice. Everything was very clean, and there were no strong fragrance smells like we’ve had in some vacation rentals.

I am so glad you and your friends had such a wonderful time. I think our stocked kitchen is one of the attractive features of the house, who wants to bring their entire kitchen when they are only going to be there for a few days! Come again and stay longer.

Communications with host were easy and clear. House was as described, very clean, and instructions/labels were clear. Lovely home and patio area. Lots of natural light. Hard floors throughout. House had everything needed for a multi-generational family vacation (2 kids less than 3 up to grandparents in their 70s/80s). The master bedroom/bathroom along with main living area on the ground floor were especially great for our group.Our toddler enjoyed taking the wagon on the short walk to the beach and playing with the sand bucket/shovel. The high chair was also a huge plus!We were on a short trip so we didn’t cook, but the large dining table was great for eating takeout. Deke’s Market a few blocks down was great for getting sandwiches for a picnic lunch.We would certainly recommend this home and would stay again ourselves. We had no issues during our two night stay.

Maureen's place was wonderful for our family! We loved hanging out on the patio, and even had dinner out there one of the nights. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space. The room with the twin beds would be best for children, as my adult son (who is 5'9") found the bed to be a bit short and uncomfortable for him. We loved the location, as it was walking distance to several restaurants and the beach! We enjoyed many of the amenities (and wished we had time to use the hot tub!). We will definitely try to book this home again when we return to Santa Cruz!

We enjoyed our stay and my family loved the central location to all the things that interested them. The hot tub was utilized every night. We did not use the BBQ but would next time we come.

Maureen was a wonderful host who was responsive and provided clear, detailed information. You can tell she really cares for her home. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub, and it was a nice bonus having beach chairs and towels, as well as streaming services, available for guests to use! The location was excellent in a quiet neighborhood and close to everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. Thanks Maureen!

Everything about this stay was easy, and the place was worth every penny. It was conveniently located within 20 minutes of the Boardwalk and Capitola, and walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful vacation with this as our homebase.

Everything was wonderful! A few blocks to the ocean / beach. So much to do in the area amazing food! The home was perfect. Communication was perfect. Clean!! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for families to enjoy the Santa Cruz area. Book it!

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks. The house was as pictured/described. It was very clean and nicely appointed and well stocked with the basics and a few nice extras! It's easy to feel at home right away. The kitchen was especially nicely equipped with all the small appliances, cookware, utensils, bakeware, etc. needed for cooking and BBQing (we only ate out a few times). The garage was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and sand toys which was much appreciated. The house is a short walk to the beach so we definitely used the beach items. The hot tub was great - very clean and a nice feature after a long day! Lastly, the host was great and very responsive on any communication. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again.

This property was perfect for a low key weekend and everything was so clean it felt like the cleaners had just left. The host was super accommodating, communicative and friendly making the stay even better. It was a short walk to the beach and close in proximity to the boardwalk!
