Wonderful trip

The stay was great. We had a blast. Cottage was a little small but we enjoyed the outdoors mostly so not a big issue. We will certainly be back!

Family gathering on the beach.

A great location with easy access and very accommodating area for both adults and children to both pool and beach. Cottage was very clean and relaxing

Relaxing

Perfect location directly on the beach. The small cottage is perfect for 1 or 2. Nothing fancy but clean & had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Close to restaurants.

Perfect! What a gem!

We loved everything about this cottage. The location is private off the main road yet close to everything. It is a great spot for walking to shops and restaurants. We loved having the gas grill and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool is just right for this quaint little community of cottages. The home is beautifully decorated, lots of nice touches and plenty of natural light.

Amazing stay

The place is exactly like the photos, beautifully decorated and clean. The views from the deck were amazing. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the relaxing looking loungers in the photos had been replaced with Adirondack chairs. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Beautiful Cottage!

We enjoyed our stay at this recently renovated cottage. Just steps from the beach and views of the Gulf from the living room and deck. At check in the cottage was spotless and the manager was wonderful. Jim & Linda

Couples getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed a week and had so much fun in this area. We had more privacy than we thought we had at first, and we FELL IN LOVE with this cozy little cottage. We've made memories to last us a life time and got our week of relaxation in. The view from the back porch is PERFECT, we really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely try to book here again!

Prefect Cottage in Paradise

This cottage was perfect, clean with everything in it top of the line quality. It has everything you need! The location is steps to the white sandy beach. You can walk to many restaurants. We will be back!! 🌊🏡😆

Our first stay

The cottage was beautiful, clean, and full of all of the comforts of home. Tom surprised me with a impromptu sunset cocktail party on the deck for my b-day, we invited our closest friends and even some of the neighbors joined us. We hope to return again, and again as it truley exceeded our expectations. Much Love, Minda & Tom

Heavenly Escape

Thank you Jamie. The cottage was exactly as we pictured it. It was wonderful to be able to relax in such a cute cottage and get away from the cold up in PA! The beach was beautiful. We took many long walks on the beach. Each morning started with a cup of coffee on the deck and ended there with a drink! Clearwater Beach was quite close and we made two trips up. On Sunday evening the week before Christmas and were surprised to find a Winter Festival on Pier 60 and had an lovely time walking around all the craft vendors and street performers. Another evening we had an excellent dinner at Guppy's. It was an amazing and relaxing getaway.

Oceanview Deck Makes This Cottage the Best Choice

Our week's stay in Jamie's cottage was delightful. As we departed, we decided Cottage 1 is the best of all the Blue Heron cottages, and Blue Heron is the best of all rentals at IRB. The deck is one of the best features; we spent lazy afternoons reading and listening to the ocean (which is just a few yards away). We made sure to watch the sun set on the Gulf each evening. The cottage decor is fun and beachy and we appreciated the wireless hookup. One small thing makes a big difference: the keyless entry made life simple; no more fishing for the right key. Don't miss the Cafe de Paris, a French bakery a short walk away from Blue Heron. We appreciated Jamie's responsiveness. She checked in by phone midway through our stay.

Location is amazing, beautiful views, right of beach, private. 10 out of 10. returning

My husband and I rented for a week. Very charming cottage. tastefully decorated. smart and functional layout. right off the beach, private, convenient, beautiful views, and extremely comfortable. wonderful updates, central air is a wonderful bonus, roomy standup shower, Pool right next to cottage overlooking beach. The private patio is a big deal bonus and comfortable. Very clean and nicely organized. Very user friendly and comfortable beach cottage. Close (walking distance) to amazing restaurants, grocery, laundry mat, etc.. The beaches are top notch, miles of wide white sand to walk on and very roomy. Sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. Extremely peaceful, relaxing and quiet. we just loved it. Could have easily stayed for a month or more. Will rent again for sure and plan on many returns. Would highly recommend. you won't be disappointed. Only thing I really wished they had was a washer machine but the cottage in every other aspect made up for this. Keyless entry was extremely convenient. Host and neighbor's are extremely helpful and friendly. Great little beach neighborhood. Not touristy, crowded, or busy. This cottage would be hard to beat. We are already planning next years trip and plan on staying 3 weeks. 5+ star rating for sure. You cant go wrong renting this charming boho beach cottage.

This property is amazing (for 2 people). It is extremely well laid out and designed, and steps from the pool, beach, a reserved parking spot, and from local amenities. Nothing short of amazing.

Great place on the beach!

It was so quaint and perfect - not the condo/high rise experience that you often find here. Very well kept, and the recent remodel turned out awesome. The patio facing the water was a great place to enjoy the breezes and get out of the sun for a bit. Kitchen has all you need to do some cooking on your own. Hoping to come back again!

EXCELLENT! Perfect cottage and location

This cottage is perfectly located - quiet and towards the beach. Easy walk to restaurants and other facilities. It has been remodeled recently and they did an amazing job. The perfect retreat for two. We will come again!

A little slice of heaven!

The cottage was a perfect location for beach access and exploring Indian Rocks Beach. Very clean, everything great. Sis sets were remarkable and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was amazing. Wish we could give Cameron 10 stars for his attention and responsiveness. Thank you Cameron!!

Cozy Beach Cottage

Blue Heron Cottage #1has an ideal access to the beach and a private deck ; however, it was minimal in amenities. We had no microwave which we had expected, and the coffee maker died on our last morning. The agent quickly addressed all questions. Our internet stopped working , and he came in person to resolve that problem. The overall experience was positive and would rent again.

Nice cottage

Great location....clean and cozy cottage. Could use a little more details to kitchen utensils and appliances, this would only apply to travelers like us who do a lot of cooking, even while on vacation.

Relaxing Get- Away

My husband and I rented Cottage #1 for our 35th wedding anniversary. It was fantastic and just as described - beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is the closest cottage to the beach in the Blue Heron community which makes beach access extremely convenient. It has the best porch of the cottages with a wide shaded space and comfortable lounge chairs. Everything we needed for the beach was provided - beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. We kayaked, walked on the beach, read for hours, watched Netflix movies, enjoyed the most amazing sunsets, and strolled down the street to the Kooky Coconut for ice cream. It was just what we needed to relax. I highly recommend this cottage to those who want to get away from the more commercial beaches.

Absolute paradise

My wife and I have stayed at this property before, and we absolutely love it. We were in need of a vacation and this condo provided everything as advertised. The location is awesome. Cameron was a great host, and answered all questions we had.

I loved this cottage. I hate writing such a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. The location was perfect and I loved the outdoor seating. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. This really is the best place ever!
