Thank you for your review and feedback. While we regret that your experience differed from the many positive reviews this condo has received, we would like to clarify a few points. The condo is individually owned, and the owners have hired our small management company to handle advertising, bookings, and guest management. Had the cleaning concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have promptly sent our cleaning team to address them. We would have appreciated the opportunity to resolve these issues at the time rather than learning about them weeks later. We will be reviewing your feedback with our cleaner to help ensure a better experience for future guests. We will also pass along your renovation suggestions to the owners. Regarding the small spot of water damage, we acknowledge that there is an affected area and the owner is working on planning a repair for that. The elevator is managed by the condominium association and is scheduled for renovation next week.

Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad you enjoyed the beach view, parking, and location. A few of the items you mentioned, like the elevator and grill placement, are handled by the condo association and aren’t within our control, but we will send your feedback. As for the shower drain, we really wish you had let us know during your stay—we would’ve had it taken care of right away. We appreciate the notes and are always working to keep the unit in great shape! Glad you still had a good time overall!
