Take a peaceful stroll along the nearby Pinellas Trail, perfect for walking or biking any time of day. Whether you’re soaking up the sun by the pool or exploring the gulf, this getaway offers a nice blend of comfort & convenience!

- Pool is not heated but it gets great direction to the sun.
- The property is regularly monitored and treated by a professional pest control company to minimize insect intrusion. While efforts are made to prevent bugs, occasional instances may occur; no guarantees or refunds are offered for this.
- Pool is serviced on Wednesday.
- Lawn is mowed on Thursdays
- Second bathroom is in the garage. It is a good little extra bathroom w/ shower.
Florida's unpredictable weather is acknowledged; it is recommended to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind.

We lived here for some time and love the area. Our family grew so we needed a bigger space. We wanted to hold this property and decided we want to offer it to others to enjoy a home away from home.
