The home was clean and well kept. There was a very detailed guide at the home that explained everything including the checkout process. We’ve never done a VRBO and were very impressed with the home and neighborhood and proximity to Zion National Park (within 3 min). We would stay again

The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and we took advantage of the washer and dryer. The house is about 30 minutes away from Zion, on the Springdale side of the park (preferred side). It’s a beautiful ride. I didn’t receive check-in details but called the number listed on the listing and someone answered and gave me the information. There was no delay in getting into the home. I would stay here again.

Great House

This was a very clean and well stocked house. Great location to many things. We stayed for 4 nights. There is only 1 thing I would suggest the owner changes and that is the A/C was off when we arrived at the house and with the temps in the 100s that made for a very warm house. I do highly recommend this house very cute, clean, and I’ve never seen a VRBO house so well stocked with EVERYTHING!!! (Coffee/full size shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms/towels and wipes at door to clean the red dirt off/ every kind of pot and pan you could need, etc) We were able to see the following things: Zion/ Grand Canyon/ Vegas and Hoover Dam. All are anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

This home was immaculate when we arrived. It was the perfect place for a girls trip to Zion & Bryce Canyon. The location is about a 25 minute drive from Zion. The back patio area was nice to unwind after a day of hiking. The kitchen is well stocked, we made breakfast every morning, which was convenient before starting our various hikes. The only one comment is perhaps adding a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms would be nice, we were 3 ladies traveling, so 2 of us were sharing a bathroom, it would be nice to have another mirror in at least one of the other bedrooms that can be used while someone is occupying the bathroom.
