This was the PERFECT rental for us! We have 4 dogs and rarely can find a place that will accept all 4 especially since we have 2 big dogs and 2 small dogs. The location was perfect for us for game day plus we were only 6 minutes from our daughter’s apartment (Livano) which was very convenient. The FENCED-IN yard was FANTASTIC!!! We loved gathering around the fire pit! The house had everything we needed unlike a lot of other VRBO rentals- quality shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, plus paper products like TP and paper towels. We will definitely be back! Great stay!!!

Great House

This was a great house that met our needs. It was just as described and we enjoyed the hot tub and watching football in it. Great spot for a Knoxville getaway

We were for sure nervous in the beginning of the neighborhood. It was fine and we had no issues. Very quiet . Great space for my tiny dog also. We really needed more living room furniture !

The hot tub was really nice, good temp, TV by the hot tub was nice as well . Rooms were nice just some problems with some of the doors closing/locking. The front door only has a deadbolt lock and didn’t seem like the door fit into the frame being that it was loose even with the deadbolt locked. Overall a great pretty nice place.

Hot tub greatness

Hot tub was awesome after 17 hour drive, or 4 days of hiking. Great thing about Vrbo is our child(18 years old) could check in without us having to be there as we were delayed. I gave fair rating to cleanliness because air intake was literally covered with dirt.

Family weekend

We came to Knoxville for a hockey game and a Vols basketball game. The home was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was a bit of a disappoint. The water level was very low and there was no remote for the tv out there. The backyard and deck space were very nice for lounging around. Overall, it was a good stay and we would stay there again. We loved being able to bring our dog along.

This home was such a charming find tucked away on a quiet little street. It felt peaceful from the moment we arrived. While there weren’t any grocery stores within walking distance, Uber delivery was quick and easy, and the nearby Kroger made stocking up simple.The backyard was surprisingly spacious—plenty of room for my kids to run around—and the hot tub was spotless and incredibly easy to use. The kitchen was well‑equipped with all the dishes and cookware we needed; just be sure to add condiments to your grocery order. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.One of my favorite features was the large front porch with its cozy rocking chairs. It became our go‑to spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The whole house was decorated with such thoughtful, cute touches that made it feel instantly welcoming. Having a washer and dryer right in the kitchen was a huge convenience for our family.Overall, this home was perfect for our family of four. My young kids had tons of space to play and truly had the best time. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay.
