☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

❄️ Seasonal AC: During the winter months, the window AC is removed and then it's reinstalled for the summer.
