The Space:

Welcome to Vermijo Flat! This thoughtfully designed upper-level apartment blends modern simplicity with everyday comfort. This light-filled retreat is ideal for couples, small families, or working professionals looking for a relaxing and well-equipped home base in Colorado Springs.

The open living area is filled with natural light and designed for comfort, featuring a plush pull-out sofa, an inviting armchair, and a Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. Contemporary and traditional elements combine here, with a decorative white fretwork cabinet and curated artwork adding character. Whether you're winding down after a day of exploring or getting cozy with a good book, this space offers the perfect spot to relax and recharge.

🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with essentials, a spice rack, and complimentary coffee. You’ll find sleek stainless steel appliances, ample white cabinetry, and a central island with dark countertops and red bar stools that add a vibrant pop of color. Just off the kitchen, the dining nook features a stylish bistro table with seating for four—perfect for meals, morning coffee, or remote work sessions.

You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit A on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Flat is located in the private upstairs apartment above the garage, with entry just steps from your assigned spots.



Guest Access:

🔑 Guests have full access to the upper-level apartment Unit #A, including all rooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry area. The backyard is shared only with the downstairs unit in the duplex, offering a comfortable space to enjoy the outdoors. Please note that there is a separate patio area adjacent to the backyard that is reserved exclusively for the downstairs unit. Two clearly marked parking spots are available: one in the garage and one directly behind it. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

🔑 Check-In Process

For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply

We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee

$20 per half hour late.



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



🔐 Please note: This home is the upper unit of a duplex. While fully private and thoughtfully separated from the downstairs unit, it shares the backyard space with the unit below.
