Everything is wonderful! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Pictures don’t do it justice. Way better in person. No need to look any further. This is the ONE!!!!

Jenifer was an amazing host. I’ve stayed at a lot of Bnb’s and VRBO’s this one ranks in my top two affordable !!! Great place to stay so much room!!! listing is as cool as it looks. If you need to be in Colorado Springs for any reason stay here.

I was very impressed with the dwelling. It was modern with eclectic taste in decor. I was impressed with the small details such as toilet paper that didn't tear, the numerous items in the kitchen that most people would not think of. I was also tickled by the little finger pull to lift up toilet seat. I noticed a lot of the small details that made staying there very satisfactory. I would stay there again. I loved the deer wandering about. Also being close to town was a plus.

This is a beautiful home! The kitchen is large and stocked with virtually anything you need to cook! The decor is colorful and interesting. And the vinyl turntable was a pure joy to use. It reminded us of our youth. We enjoyed our electric fireplace each morning to take the chill off and to enjoy our cups of coffee. And the rooftop patio was an added bonus. When walking the neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised by the wildlife! Several deer were clearly "at home" in many of the yards!In addition, the host, Jennifer, was a joy to meet and talk with too. What a lovely property. We'd visit again in a heartbeat!

This house is so charming and clean. The host thought of everything that may be needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was close to so many things to do but yet a little oasis away from the crowds. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was the perfect property for my son and I to stay while getting him moved into his apartment to start his college career at UCCS. The location was perfect and close to campus and all of the excursions we did. Garden of the Gods, ebike vendor was 2 minutes away, Cog Train to Pikes Peak, Seven falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and the Broadmoor.The amenities Jennifer provides are top notch, all of the spaces were cozy, comfortable and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the albums and rooftop space.Jennifer checked on us when there was a storm and made sure we had everything we needed. I have recommended this place already to friends who may be in the area.

This home is perfectly located within short driving distance of so many wonderful local attractions, and walking distance from old Colorado city. The king bed master suite is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the games and record player all make this such an easy place to come back to each day. The hosts were SO gracious and provided so many food items already stocked. If you book this definitely check in before a grocery trip because you may find many of your usual weekly needs already provided. Thank you so much Jennifer!

Beautiful home in a perfect location for our family adventures around the area. This home had everything us grown ups wanted and appreciated and even areas/things for our kiddos. Loved the layout and decor. Rooftop area was perfect for dinners and hanging out, as we were able to see Pikes Peak. There was enough bathrooms and sleeping areas for our family to have space when needed as well ( 2 adults and 3 kids). Jennifer made check in a breeze and was available to answer any questions about the home and things to do in the area. Our kids loved the place so much they didn’t want to leave.

This is a perfect place to stay. Great location. Comfortable. Plenty of supplies, kitchen appliances and accessories. Jennifer is a great host. Welcoming and very communicative. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area next.

We loved the well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and the view from the rooftop. The record player and abundance of games was a very fun touch! If we're in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Really enjoyed looking out at Pikes Peak every day. This is an amazing place - shhh, we want to come back. Would only add 2 things - black out window covers in the primary; and a good size cookie sheet for baking. So minor - the rest of everything was amazing.

Amazing Home
