This unique, ocean front unit has all the feel of Hawaii, from it's tropical decor & palm trees to the ocean below! Watch the surfers from your private lanai. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean waves as they break not 50 feet away from you! Enjoy walking on the rocks and looking at the tide pools, and the sea turtles as they play in the water and come up on the beach. There is a sandy beach just below the lanai great for sunning, shelling and just sitting to watch whales and beautiful sunsets. Snorkel & board rentals on site & Poke Shack! Convenience store across street. This unit has high speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD player, Plasma TV, stereo, movies & games. Also everything you need for a day at the beach, incliding beach chairs, towels, umbrella and ice chest.This condominium resort has the feel of Hawaii with it's open air lobby, beautiful wood furniture.

Lovely condo in a spectacular location. The condo was very comfortable, with a well-equipped and workable kitchen, updated bathrooms, and an absolutely wonderful lanai.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. We were so thankful to sit on the lanai and watch the surfers all day long. The location was prime! Easy access to stores and far enough from downtown. Easy walk to magic beach for coffee, drinks, and snorkeling. We cooked full meals and tool or pan!We are already looking at dates to book again! Don’t miss this one!

We had the absolute best week at Kathy's condo. It was everything we hoped for and it was perfect for our toddler as well. We loved watching the sunrises, surfers all day, and sunsets from the lanai. Great location - can't be beat! We would love to stay here again someday. Thank you for an unforgettable week!

We enjoyed the central location and amazing waterfront view. We spent a lot of time out on the deck and made a point not to miss a gorgeous sunset. It also was fun watching the surfers. Parking is easy, and we had all that we needed in the kitchen to cook meals --there's even a rice cooker. The good washer/dryer were also a big perk. We also took advantage of the grocery bags, beach towels, chairs, wagon, and cooler. The only reason we're giving this nice condo 4 stars is that the streetside bedroom with the 2 twin beds got a little noisy at night (loud cars and motorcycles) and the bedroom door doesn't fully close (it hits the corner of a bed).

This property was AMAZING! No need for a white noise machine, just open the patio doors and enjoy! Great location to restaurants and shops. Kathy was a gracious host, she was timely with any communications and so flexible. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is the perfect location to watch the surfers, view the sunsets, and hear the waves. It’s a mile from magic sands beach and about 2 1/2 miles to town where all the restaurants and stores are. Parking was easy and the pool was refreshing. The fully furnished kitchen was great and having a washer and dryer in the condo was a huge benefit. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great for my family. A couple things that would make this place even better would be a little more privacy. The sliders to the master bedroom don’t lock and the slider shades in that room are see through at night. Also the window in the kitchen and other bedroom don’t have any privacy glass so it is also see through. The bedroom curtain helped though. Overall we had a great stay and the property manager was very kind and brought us new beach chairs, new boogie boards, a new inflatable mattress and a new steamer. We had an unbelievable stay here and would love to come back.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this property. Super clean, beautiful views and really close to yummy food and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Vacation

The location and access to the beach was great for my surfing son. The ocean view and sunsets are amazing. Easy parking and great place to stay.

Stayed at several condos at this same building over the years and 202 is the best so far. 2d floor east end with a constant ocean breeze, morning surfers, and evening sunsets. Kitchen had everything needed including dishwasher. New washer/dryer we used a few times. Overall great stay.

Perfect Stay

Very nice property in a perfect location. Would be good to refurbish a little bit within next year's, but all in all there is everything you need available, also beach equipment.

Family vacation

This place was amazing. Seeing the sunset, whales and surfers right off the lah-nai was super cool as well. Would definitely go back or recommend to anyone.

Christmas in paradise

Our family had a great stay. Check in was a breeze! The property was kinda centrally located to all the things we wanted to do and beach access was right there! It was awesome waking up to watch the surfers in the morning and enjoying daily magnificent sunsets in the evening!

Beautiful Condo

Beautifully decorated condo in a beautiful area of Kona with a phenomenal view. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed for a great stay and the owners were wonderful to work with. I hope we can return soon!
