Each master suite features its own sitting area for quiet moments, complemented by an additional sitting area off the living area.
The living area boasts a 60" 4K Ultra High Definition Smart TV with a soundbar and woofer for an immersive entertainment experience. Two of the bedrooms also come with flat-screen TVs. One of the bathrooms includes a claw foot tub, ideal for a luxurious soak or shower.
The dining area features a 9-foot table that seats 8, perfect for family meals. Beach access is conveniently located just across the street, and the home is five blocks from Center Street, providing easy access to local attractions. Don't miss a stroll on the second longest fishing pier on the east coast!

Our beach home has been in our family for over seventy-six years. We grew up in the Charleston area. My Mom first purchased the unit as beach rental property, then retired in the home in the mid 1990's. I am the second generation owner. Please enjoy our home with your family and friends.

My Mom purchased this property in 1948 as a single, twenty year old. I grew up changing the sheets and mowing the grass every Saturday morning in the summer. My mom rented the home for $75 per week.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
All windows replaced with impact resistant glass, individual temperature controls for rooms., new entrance door and all new siding (February 2020). Wood flooring in all bedrooms, quiet ceiling fans, red metal roof, re-insulated home.
