This rental was perfect for our family. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect! Bert’s Market is right around the corner. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Julia is a wonderful host. Very prompt to reply to any concerns/questions. I will definitely be booking again in the future.

Pet friendly, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and market. Very clean, a little hard to find entrance, but nice to have designated parking, as parking is very hard to find on the island. Right across street from busy bar, but closes early enough its not bothersome late at night. Beds are very comfortable, and good amount of space to spread out for 4 adults!! Would definitely recommend!!

This is a cute upstairs apartment behind Bert's Market and across the street from Chico Feo. It was beautifully renovated inside and slept 6 with no problem. It is a very walkable location 1 block off the beach.

Great location at Folly beach close to everything you need within walking distance. King bed was incredibly comfortable. Enjoyed the amenities.

Great location, near the heart of Folly Beach

Great spot for our family vacation. Close to the beach, close to the restaurants and shops in town. The unit was well appointed and provided everything we expected.

Our second time here!

Folly is always our favorite beach and this is our favorite place to stay. It's a short walk to the beach and conveniently located. Hosts are easy to work with! We booked our third trip for next year!

Great spot within walking distance to Folly

Stayed here for New Year's with some friends. Location is fantastic! Place is nice and accommodating for a small group. The owners are very responsive and will get back to you within a short amount of time. Highly recommend this place!

Great Location

We rented this house for a long Memorial Day weekend/wedding in the area and it was perfect! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping on the island. Above all, the was immaculate with a lot of modern updates and amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Folly Beach.

Perfect Location

The space was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway! We didn't want to book a hotel, and we wouldn't spend enough time in a beach house to really appreciate it. You can't beat the location! The property was incredibly nice & clean.

The rental was clean, organized and had everything we needed! The washer and dryer were a life saver to have at the unit. The walk to the beach was 2 min. Great location!

Just perfect!

This was our second stay at your place in Folly beach. The location is absolutely perfect. We love Chico Feo, Bert's and being able to walk everywhere. The decor is lovely and the beds are especially comfy. Thank you for another great stay- look for us to return next April!

Responsive owner, beautfully decorated place and best location on the island.

We booked late and were very pleased with the communication and flexibility of the owner, Omar. The place had everything we needed including beach towels, chairs and beach toys. Noise wasn’t an issue and proximity to Berts grocery (free coffee!) and the taco place next door ($25 feeds a family of 5 with live music too). We loved our stay.
