Lots of decking with seating for outdoor enjoyment. Beach towels and linens provided. Eat out on the higher second deck to watch the dolphins play offshore. or if you don't want to cook, there are a variety of restaurants in downtown Folly to experience. You can take surfing or kayak lessons by appointment, or you can boogie board in the ocean for free. Parasailing and restaurants is only 5 blocks away. County water park is 10 minutes away. Historic Downtown Carriage rides are only 15 miles away. Museum Mile downtown includes both children's and adult museums.

Great week on Folly! House was clean and tidy. Kitchen, bedrooms and amenities were great for our stay. Location was easy walk to downtown, convenient beach access and not crowded. Thanks to Sandi for clear communication and a good experience.

Fantastic stay on the beach for our family of four. Host was courteous and responsive, and the place is wonderfully quirky and perfectly clean. One of the few original beach cottages left on Folly, and we hope to stay again.

Thank you for the great review. We are def one of the last original Folly beachfront home. You do not find floors made of Pecan Wood any more. We would love to have you return to us in 2027!

Beach house was cozy and comfortable with walk out to beach. The house had everything we needed. Sandi was very responsive to the few start up questions we had. A couple of suggestions would include considering to upgrade wifi and to provide newer beach chairs but other than that the stay was great.

Sandi’s home is a true treasure ! It was just what we needed - perfect location - 4 comfortable beds and a deck with a breeze ! The house was clean and the check in process was easy . Loved using the outdoor deck and the outdoor shower was a plus .We enjoyed our time and would certainly stay again !

Nice place with a lovely beach. Close to all the fun of the 'main drag' but still far enough away for peace and quiet.

Lovely beach house

I booked this for my adult kids and me for beach vacation. The house was great, the location was fantastic and had everything we needed. It was a quiet week and very relaxing.

Spring Visit

We had a wonderful time! The house was just what we needed and proximity to beach and shops can't be beat! The kids toys and games were nice to have and enjoyed finding shark teeth on the beach.

Another great week in Folly

This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

Folly beach girl trip

We had a very nice time! Property as advertised. The beds could use some new sheets but everything was fabulous and well stocked with our needs.

Perfect Folly bungalow!

This truly is a Folly Beach jem. The deck was our favorite spot for morning coffee, a sunset snack and everything in between. Will definitely return.

Great place with lots of charm

Just returned from my second stay at this beach house. Comfortable and convenient location, and always a pleasure to work with the owner. Highlight of our stay was watching the New Year's Eve fireworks from our own spot in the sand. Already thinking of next time........
