Experience modern comfort in our studio, situated in the lively center of Fremont. This space comes with everything you require for a convenient stay. Just step onto the bus conveniently located outside your door for easy access to downtown Seattle. With numerous coffee bars, shopping streets, and restaurants just blocks away, your ideal urban retreat is ready and waiting. Reserve your spot now to enjoy the epitome of city living!
The studio features a queen bed for up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with a shower, and a sofa for seating. Boasting tall ceilings and large windows, the studio is bright, comfortable, and spacious, creating a suite-like atmosphere.
Our guests rave about:
- The bed is outfitted with a high-quality mattress, linens and a comfortable duvet
- It is equipped with a fridge and microwave.
- Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods & tea bags
- Please note that the studio does not have an AC, but it stays cool during hot summer.
Centrally located:
• 4-5 mins walk to Fremont Canal Park
• 4-5 mins drive to Fremont Troll, Fremont Brewing, Theo Chocolate
• 7 - 10 mins drive to Gas Works Park, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation & Meta Westlake & Dexter
• 10-15 mins drive to Space Needle, Amazon Spheres, Pike Place Market, Downtown, and Climate Pledge Arena where you can catch a concert, ice hockey or a basketball game
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Kindly note that there is ongoing construction noise coming from across the street. This may cause some disturbance during your stay.
• This home joins the townhome next door that is also being rented. All access are separate and experience will not be interfered in any way.
• Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking but there's a parking on our side of the street that is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
