We're very glad to hear that you enjoyed the size of the home and its location, and that it comfortably accommodated your group of nine. We sincerely apologize for the frustration surrounding the air conditioning during your stay. When you first notified us of the issue on the third day of your five-day visit, it was later in the evening. We immediately checked the thermostat remotely, and at that time the system appeared to be operating normally. The following day, when you let us know the home still wasn't cooling as expected, we contacted our HVAC company right away to get a technician scheduled. Unfortunately, Denver has been experiencing unusually high temperatures, and HVAC companies throughout the area have been extremely busy with emergency service calls. Even so, we were able to secure a same-day evening appointment. The technician arrived around 8:00 PM, but was unable to gain access to the property and planned to return the next day. While we understand that this situation was disappointing, we do want future guests to know that we took the concern seriously and responded as quickly as possible at every step. We take a great deal of pride in our homes and work hard to ensure everything is functioning properly for our guests. When issues do arise, especially those that require outside vendors during peak season, we do everything we can to expedite a resolution. Because we understood the inconvenience this caused, we also provided a discount as a gesture of goodwill. We truly appreciate your patience and communication throughout the process.
