The house was a perfect set up and location for our 5 day family adventure in Denver. The kids loved the game room and it kept them entertained whenever we were there. The adults made great use of the gym and sauna. We all enjoyed the large hot tub. The family room and beds were very comfortable. The host was responsive to our questions and was quick to respond to our requests. Highly recommend!!

Great house for a group

The house is laid out well for a group. The game room, gym and yard are great for hanging out together. The kitchen is well-stocked. We had a really nice stay!

Family gathering

Better than expected! Easy check in, host very quick to respond, all great! House was awesome! Lots of space, great for a big group with good sleeping arrangements. Decor was very cool, cool vibe!

The house was clean and spacious, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although we didn't use it, the kitchen appeared to be well-stocked with pans. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We also appreciated the hot tub and outdoor games. It was a good base for adventures in Denver and was close to several parks. Also, a big thank you to Ryan for being a great host.

Family Fun !

The home was a great fit for our family. We had 8 adults, and infant and a dog. Bedrooms were perfect with king size beds for everyone. Main floor had ample space for meals, game playing, and tv watching. Fenced backyard was perfect for our furry friend, along with great neighborhoods for daily walks. Great location for a quick mountain hike! Highly recommend!

Group trip

Property was very comfortable for our large group of 12 women. Many cool amenities we did not use such as the sauna, hot tub, corn hole, video games. But would be great fun for groups with children. Loved the king beds, which are great for sharing. Ryan was very responsive to answer questions and address issues. Looking forward to staying again next year.

The dedicated workspace and home gym were game-changers, allowing us to maintain our work routine while traveling. The modern styling was complemented perfectly by the carefully chosen wall colors in each room, making every space feel intentional and inviting. With a family of 7 adults and 7 children, the space was more than adequate to meet our needs. The children had the basement to themselves. They loved the arcade games and the popcorn popper.Each bedroom was spacious and there were more than enough bathrooms to accommodate our tribe.Thank you for hosting us. This will be a trip to remember and my grandson says that he is going back.
