Super convenient location, a few minutes' walk to Commercial Street. Beautiful water view from the front porch and from the living room. The hot tub was a nice treat after a day of exploring Cape Cod. The on-site parking is a big plus as well.

Places was perfect, a short walk away from all the restaurants and the hot tub was amazing!

Lovely apartment with a hot tub!

My friends and I had a wonderful visit to Ptown enhanced by our stay with Russell. The location met our needs, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and location. The kitchen facilities were also very appropriate for our needs. There were some small discrepencies on the VRBO listing that Russell is working to fix, but nothing that impacted our stay. We appreciated for Russell's rapid communications and grateful for his patience, especially as we were checking out. We highly recommend the location to others.

Loved staying here. Ptown treated us well. I will say that while this property does allow pets , it is not the most convenient with dogs. There is no grassy areas around and it is right on the road so we had to walk them around to the neighborhood across the street for them to use the bathroom. Other then that this place is excellent and I highly recommend!

Property is in a great location - walkable to everything! Dedicated parking spot. Good value for overall. Hosts are very communicative. Super easy booking, check in and check out process. Hot tub was very clean, modern and private - lovely! And added bonus of a vintage pinball machine that my husband was obsessed with!!! Several elements were well worn… - rugs, kitchen stuff, and the deck needs some love. But again - overall good value for , nice location and relaxing!
