An ideal retreat from the rat race, coastal living at its best! Updated second floor condo features a stylish and comfortable living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a fully stocked kitchen all to make your vacation a dream come true.

After a day of swimming, surf fishing, surfing, tennis or golf relax on the leather sofa or in one of the tub chairs while watching the 42 inch HDTV with broadband cable. A library of DVDs and a player are also available. Bring your laptop, iPad or other internet device because free highspeed wifi is provided. There's a card table and four folding chairs for puzzles and games.

The roomy kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare a quick meal or a holiday dinner. Dinnerware and utensiles will feed a party of twelve. Cleanup is a snap with the built-in dishwasher. The dinning table will seat 6.

The large master bedroom with a king size bed has access to the balcony. With the doors open, let the sounds of the surf lull you to sleep. If the sound of the surf is not what you want, there is a 32 inch HDTV for your viewing pleasure. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and large dressers to store your posessions. Premium linens are provided.

Beach chairs, beach towels and sand toys are available for your use.

Our attached covered parking space just steps from the elevator makes arrivals and departures a dream. There is ample open parking spaces for additional vehicles.

Convenience ... 5 minute walk south on the beach to Cocoa Beach pier, 10 minute drive to Port Canaveral and cruise ship terminals, 45 minute drive to Orlando International Airport and 1 hour drive to Disney World, Universal, all Orlando attractions.

The building sits on an angle so the view of the ocean is only when you are on the deck to the left. You do not see the ocean from within the house. The host is phenomenal. Very accommodating. The pool was very clean and huge. The grounds are maintained nicely. There are things to do in the area. Great location. The inside is outdated and could use an upgrade.

Wonderful stay, very accommodating, and had lots of stocked extras that you can use! Very close walk to the beach. Very nice swimming pool, and very clean !

Great location

The location is amazing and all the beach gear was so helpful. Pool is fantastic and the beach was very quiet compared to the south side of the peir.Inside is a little dated but very nice and has everything you need.

Awesome location and condo

Condo was well equipped for our stay, very spacious and in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, pier, grocery stores. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup!

Loved beach access

Great location, Judy was very responsive for any issues we ran into and very helpful. We even got to see a sea turtle lay her eggs! Def be back!

Cocoa Beach Condo

The location of this condo was great! Close to the pier, food, stores, Kennedy Space Center, kayaking and boating. The condo was spacious and clean! Judy was helpful and accommodating when I contacted her for a favor. We would stay again:)

Great condo and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is everything as advertised! It is super close to the Pier, shops, and restaurants. We barely moved the car the entire week! Don’t hesitate booking this condo if vacationing in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral.

Great Property

My wife and our two children (6 and 3) stayed for a week during Spring Break. It was a great Condo and perfect for families. The pool, beach and access to nearby points of interest are all great. You can walk to almost any place in Cocoa Beach. The condo has a spacious Family Room and nice Kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this to any family or couple looking for a relaxing vacation.

Just what we needed!

Loved the ease of check in. Judy has great communication and covered all questions. Made use of the great kitchen and access to laundry room. Distance to the beach could not be beat and it had an awesome view of fireworks from the balcony. Location is fantastic with just a short walk to the pier and only 2 blocks from the grocery store, liquor store and some great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment, spacious. Close to Cocoa Beach pier so just a 5 minutes walk to drink/eat there. Nice view on the garden/pool and partial view on the Ocean. Direct access to beach. Shared washer/dryer (but worked well, just have a lot of quarters : $1.25 per wash or dry). Will come back. Tip: nice view on the 5th floor on launches (right side for LC39&40 and left side for SpaceX landing zone).

Christmas at the beach

Wonderful stay over Christmas week with teenagers. Unit provided basic supplies so didn’t need to buy as much stuff as typical of VRBO rentals. 5 minute walk to Cocoa Beach pier and great surfing for beginners to intermediate levels. Under hour drive to Universal Studios so spent one day in Orlando. Highlight was Surfin’ Santa’s on Christmas Eve! Only downside - terrible washing machines didn’t wring out water. Best go to laundromat.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was so spacious for our family of five, and it was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The proximity to the beach was so convenient and the temperature of the pool was perfect—I usually have a hard time entering pools because I find the cold water too much. Not this one—I could slip right into this pool and found it so relaxing to float in. The only thing I struggled with was the lack of variety of pots to cook with. I don’t like to use non-stick but there were no regular frying pans. It’s a small thing and we managed OK. There was a nice set of corningware to work with and that helped. Oh, also we had to buy our own soap, shampoo and conditioner at the store. We left it there so hopefully the next guests can use it but please be aware so you can come prepared! Parts of the bathrooms are a little bit dated but this didn’t bother us. I just mention it here since some people care a lot about that. For us, the location and comfort of the condo was everything!

Our Cocoa Beach Stay

We've never stayed longer than a night in Cocoa Beach. We always just come there to get on a cruise ship. After our last cruise we decided to come and stay for a longer stretch of time. We couldn't be more happy with our stay. The unit was clean and exactly as described. The walk to the beach was very short. The location to the pier was great. Most importantly the AC was great. We've had more bad than good experiences with AC in condos while on a beach vacation, so to have one that actually kept the room cool was amazing. Only thing that we weren't a fan of was how early the pool closed, but that wasn't that big of an issue. We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach, and this property will definitely be the first place we look!

Excellent Getaway!

This place was very nice, and Judy was very helpful! It had all of the amenities you would need; dishes, pots and pans, ice cube trays, blender, toaster, microwave, all of the normal stuff at a house including some cleaning supplies if you needed them during the week. There was also sunscreen and bug spray in the closet when we left. I'm sure that stuff comes and goes but I'm just putting this in the review so that you stop at the condo before you do major grocery shopping. The storage locker had tons of stuff for the beach, including lots of chairs, umbrellas, a couple fishing rod holders, boogie boards. Pool was nice and refreshing, beach was only a two minute walk from the door to the water. Thanks again for an excellent stay!

Judy is so kind and helpful and very prompt in her responses. The condo is beautiful and sufficient, comfortable beds, and the location is top notch. My only complaint if I’m being picky is that it just had looked like someone hadn’t been there in a while? Very dusty furniture and decor but other than that we have no complaints. We will be back!

We had a great time! Area is a great location for families! Pool and beach access is good. Condo was nice. Had all the amenities we needed and even a few more. While we were there we did experience some maintenance issues with the building that were no fault of the owner’s so just know that with a little older building will come some pop up maintenance from time to time so have some patience! My kids used the pickleball court daily and LOVED IT! There is a bench for items or spectators but no shade so that was a bummer but we just brought down our umbrellas and made the best of it. Parking is a bit tight (spacing wise) especially if you have a larger vehicle so plan accordingly. Other than that everything was great and we would definitely recommend!! Thanks for a great week Ms. Judy!!

Overall, nice and easygoing. Other guests were amiable. Our favorite time was early mornings on balcony looking at the ocean and watching birds frolic among the palm trees and walking the roofline of next door building, while we sipped our coffee.

Amazing Condo!

We love this condo! So much that we have stayed here 3 times (every single time that we have visited Cocoa Beach)! We truly have fallen in love with Cocoa Beach. We plan to revisit again, and you guessed it, we will hopefully be able to stay in Judy's condo again. There are so many things that I love about this condo: steps from the beach, centrally located but in a quiet area, clean, and spacious. Do not hesitate to rent this condo!

July 4th Beach Vacation

Having lived in the area for 33 years, I knew that Cocoa Beach Towers was the ideal location and had the amenities for my grandchildren to enjoy the beach.

I love the fact that the pool and the beach access are so close to each other. Walking the beach looking for shells then taking a swim in the pool when I return . is a favorite pasttime of mine. Many condos in the area have pools situated in their parking lots away from the beach. Our pool has a tropical setting that invites you to stay.
