The Caldwell - Germantown Highlands

Welcome to The Caldwell, a Germantown/Highland area home that includes three bedrooms, one and half bathrooms and sleeps up to five people. The home is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, and entertainment venues including the Germantown Gables, Logan Street Market and Old Forester’s Paristown Hall.

The home features a covered deck, a fenced-in yard as well as home gym.

The Peaceful Caldwell

The Caldwell was in a very quiet neighborhood. It had everything that we needed to make our stay stress free. There is a small restaurant, literally half a block away, called Hammerheads. The restaurant staff is wonderful and the food top notch. Our stay was perfect.

Perfect Location and Amenities

We loved our brief stay at The Caldwell! The location was perfect for us. We walked to a play café and restaurants. We loved the back patio and yard. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Louisville stay

We enjoyed our stay here and wish that we were staying more than just one night to enjoy the deck and backyard. The area itself is going thru some renovations, but there are many cool spots to eat that are in walking or short driving distance. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure for the shower was great! I would highly recommend staying here, and we will again on our next trip down to Louisville.

Great stay!

This place was fantastic! It was clean, the shower had decent pressure, having the BBQ was nice, the kids loved having the backyard and the air hockey table. About the only negative was it said there was a desk, chair and monitor, but couldn't see one. I used the bench in the laundry but not ideal.

Overall the property was well maintained. Disappointed in the lower level as the workout equipment was outdated and the air hockey table did not work. My military son really enjoyed the decor. The house Overall was nice.
