Summary:
Welcome to Mission Beach California. Less than a 60 second walk to enjoy either beach or bay. This home has everything you want with upscale modern design and amenities that you won’t get anywhere else. Seconds away from bike, boat, and surfboard rentals, as well as the market and great restaurants and coffee houses. This is a true gem in the heart of mission beach that you won’t want to pass up! If you are interested in booking, please DM to discuss options for dates and space breakdown.
The Space:
Remodeled airy beach condo that is modern, lots of light and perfect for family and friends. Everything has been remodeled so you are truly getting what you pay for. I’ve added a lot of thought into the smallest details so that you’re enjoying everything the beach has to offer. Fully stocked so all you need to do is to bring your bags and everything else is there. Walk outside the front door and the beach and bay are a short step out. Come home to a vaulted ceiling living room and throw on a move with the 65” tv.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. There first floor has a studio with full kitchen and bathroom. The second floor has the full living/kitchen along with another bedroom and full bath. The third has the master with master retreat/bedroom with own access to the outdoor entrance.
The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is all about staying local and enjoying the beach and walking the boardwalk. Everything is in close proximity.
Getting Around:
Park the car and leave it there or if flying to San Diego, uber/lyft to the house as you won't need a car. There is a bike rental steps away from the house as well as always available lime scooters.
Other Things to Note:
Please contact me directly regarding dates if you see that the airbnb booking systems doesn't allow you to use the exact dates. I do have a minimum of 3-night stay on certain times of the year with summer being the most busy but as the owner, I want to welcome you into my home and will work with your requests as best as possible!

I pride myself on making sure you're well taken care of. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen and bathroom amenities you'll need for your stay as well as a detailed information onsite as to where to go and what to do during your stay.

San Diego 4th of July Beach Time!
Great place to stay for some beach time! Minimal parking available. Host is very responsive!

This is an excellent place to stay in Mission Beach. Its directly off a main street but the entrance/exit is off the Alley which makes it much safer when kids are in tow. Its a very spacious rental and the owner has it packed with everythig you could possibly need. There is no central air conditioning but over the 4th of July the weather was perfect and it didn't impact our stay at all. The proximity to the bay is also awesome as you can park additional cars in the lot and its a short walk to and from the parking lot.

The garage is full of accessories for the beach- bikes, paddle boards, football, sand toys…. Saving good money versus renting elsewhere. Great location. Owner flexible and responsive.

Sea House Super Stay
We had an awesome stay at the sea house at the seashore. The location couldn’t be more ideal and convenient for all the beach fun you could ask for. The house was fully stocked, especially with tons of beach equipment, toys, and towels. Check in was easy and straightforward and Kevin was incredible to communicate with and was super accommodating to any requests we had. We stayed with a large family group and there was tons of space and we had everything we needed and more. Would recommend this house to anyone and would definitely return!

Oh what a beautiful home! My niece and nephew made use of boogie boards and paddle boards! Having 3 bathrooms what a bonus and the outside shower wonderful! We did all our dishes by hand because my sisters and I are in our 50’s and that is how we were raised.

My family had a great time! The beach is literally a 5 minute walk , any beach items are on property (bikes, umbrellas chairs sand toys etc!! We had 11 of us 3 kids 6 and under and we all really enjoyed ourselves!! Grocery store less than a mile down the road with lots of places to eat! Would recommend this beach house!!

Great property. Clean and well furnished, including bikes, surf boards, and beach chairs. The top floor got a little warm, but the extra fans were enough to make it comfortable. Easy to walk to the bay or the beach and several restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend.
