Just thirty minutes from Tampa International airport the beautiful white sand of Madeira Beach, Florida. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico, intercostals and the Famous Johns Pass Village from this three bedroom unit.

Hear the waves crashing against the shore while falling asleep, shop footsteps away in the charming shops or grab a bite to eat at a host of restaurants. Take a cruise to see dolphins or place a wager on the casino cruise.

Our beachfront Condo is located in a building with a secured elevator and covered parking space. The property has been renovated and the unit newly redecorated.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, huge walk-in closet and private bath. The second bedroom with two beds connects to another bathroom.

The third bedroom has one bed. Washer and dryer on site. The kitchen is fully equipped for a meal with your family or drinks with your friends before you go to many restaurants in the area.

The beach Trolley stops out front to take you to other areas along the beach. Movie theaters, museums, aquariums, a wildlife refuge, and a planetarium are in the area.

Just a short drive from the comforts of your condo you can enjoy Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, etc. There are wave runner rentals for water activities, charter boats for fishing and, of course, miniature golf for the whole family.

Bring your cares and troubles, leave them to the peace that comes with a walk on the sands of Madeira Beach. See ya soon!

Very clean, right on the beach, more than enough space and a 2 min walk to the boardwalk side of John's Pass. We will be back!

Nice stay

The condo was nice and clean. It was on the beach and really close to Johns Pass. It was nice with a laundry room where we could wash our swimsuits before leaving. The communication was great with the owner.

Great 3 bedroom condo for the price and location

The condo has 2 masters but one has 2 beds and the other room has a queen. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that won’t keep us from coming back. The location is top notch. Complex is very friendly but can get loud at night from kids running around, but they were having fun. Glenn was awesome to work with and a great communicator. I will definitely be back when I travel with a large group again.

Perfect place!

Everything was very nice. Easy access to the beach, covered parking stall. Walked to boardwalk and restaurants/shops daily, watched boats passing through John’s Pass from the balcony, loved everything about this location. Definitely would return. Thank you!!

Great for Families

We loved the space that the condo provided for our family of 5. We were very thankful for the pool and beach toys and equipment that were provided. The view from the balcony of the drawbridge was a huge hit for the kids.

Great Place

Our Stay at Beach Place and this condo was great. The place was very clean, the check in process was very easy, Owner was great to deal with. The condo has been updated from the pictures on this listing which was a great surprise when we arrived. There was updated bedding & bathroom items, leather sofas, flooring had been replaced (no carpet), new appliances and a laundry room was not pictured (amazing to have that). The condo was stocked with a lot of towels which was a plus because that is always an issue when we travel. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Some beach items were there as well which was great, umbrella, chairs, floats, boogie boards, a few toys (nice to not have to buy all that for our trip). We had a great time and would recommend this place to others and hopefully we can stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Place

By far our favorite stay in Florida. Loved the location!! Loved the place very spacious. Walking distance from everything. Johns pass is our favorite place you can be there in less than 2 minutes. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your space

Great Place With Great Location

The check in process was so simple and the host very communicative. We loved the openness of the condo and the layout. The master bedroom was especially nice. You really can’t beat being right across from John’s Pass. Just know that this condo faces not only the drawbridge (which is very cool), but also a public pay lot for beach goers that can be very busy even after midnight. The noise never got to us at all though as we kept our windows closed. The same lot is also regularly patrolled by officers. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Great condo right across from John’s Pass

Location was great located on the beach and across from John’s Pass. The condo was clean and spacious. The owner was great at communicating with us before the trip.

Noisy neighbors

Neighbors in apt 205 were extremely loud from 12:30 am until 5:30 am from the 3rd of May thru the 5th. They were fighting, screaming, and throwing stuff around the apartment. Other neighbors brought it to managements attention which did not get resolved. The police were called on the 5th at 10:00 pm. They told them to be quiet which they did and advised management should have taken care of this issue. No sleep for four days. There were no issues with the accommodations and the condo was great other than those issues.

Great Beach Condo

Great condo, comfortable and spacious with room for everyone. Great location on the beach with easy access to John's Pass boardwalk with great restaurants, shopping, and activities. Condo was clean with lots of unexpected extras as well. The onsite pool was wonderful, and walking straight out onto the beach was great. Communication from the owner from the time of booking until just prior to checking in made the process easy and stress free. Overall, a great experience and we'd love to stay again in the future!

I am retired now and enjoy coming from our home in Southern California to be on the beach with its warm water, and to visit family that live in Madeira Beach.

We enjoy walking on the beach early in the morning and spending time with family that live close by. We are on the first floor, so it's just a few steps to the beach, pool, and our condo's single parking space. The coastal vibe is very apparent. Time to take things easy.

It is just across the street from John's Pass Village with its shopping, dining, and watercraft rentals with easy and safe access by walking under the bridge to Treasure Island and points south of there.
