Super Comfy and Great Location

The condo and property was beautiful. Condo was well stocked, beds were comfortable, nice linens and towels! It was a very short walk from room to beach. I like to stay in this end of the beach because you are in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The owners were very communicative and check in was a breeze .

Beautiful condo/gorgeous view

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is awesome. Owner communication was excellent. He went above and beyond in so many ways! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The “little” upgrades meant a lot…..not the usual paper towels, bathroom tissue and trash bags you find in a condo, but the good stuff like you use at home. They even provided a complimentary basket of k-cups, creamer and sweetener. The bed in the master bedroom was soft and comfortable. Highly recommend staying in this condo!!

Beautiful condo!

Our stay at the beach condo was perfect. We loved being able to sit out on the porch taking in the scenery when we weren’t lounging on the beach. It was both peaceful and quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the added amenities were great as well! We also loved that there were several activities, restaurants, and shopping options nearby to choose from. It really was the best location! I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Plus the hosts were great at communicating and very friendly.

Great location and very accommodating!

My family and I stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic! The condo was clean and up to date with all appliances. The owners are very responsive and stay in touch for a smooth check in and check out. We had a great time with no issues!

Sugar Beach was paradise

This place was more than I expected. It was such a charming condo with a beautiful view. I love that it was only on the 3rd floor because you could listen to the waves from the living room. Definitely would book again

The condo was amazing. I couldn't list everything that we loved about it, but my kids on the 2nd day said if we come back to PC next year we need to stay here. Great location, great everything. We will definitely be back

First time to PCB in 16 years

Andrew made the process super easy and was in contact anytime it was needed. Condo is bright and airy. Great floor plan and furnishings. We would definitely stay here again!

THE PERFECT PLACE

It exceeded our expectations. It was perfect from booking to check out. It was convenient to activities, beach, restaurants etc. The view was my favorite! The rooms were decorated beautifully and the place was super clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. The host Andrew and Jennifer were the best. They always promptly replied to my questions. They were just super nice. I have already made plans for next year!

Amazing!

The condo was perfect. The cleanest place we have ever stayed. Our host communicated with us from the time of the booking to the end of the visit. We felt so comfortable that we even let them know that we made it home safely after 8 hours of travel time. They went above and beyond our expectations. The condo is comfy and beautiful. And the view! The pictures cannot describe how perfect it was. We will definitely stay with them again and have already started planning our next trip. Thank you so much for making us feel at home!

We chose this neighborhood because of the low density it brings. It is a well kept secret that we had never heard of until our search for purchase. There are so many activities within walking distance and peace within the gated community. The buildings are only three stories tall. Please note that there are not any elevators, you will climb 21 steps to reach our unit.

Our property is surrounded by so many wonderful activities to meet the needs and desires of all people. You can go outside of the complex to a busy environment or stay within the complex for peace and quite. It is very safe and family oriented.
