Our 6-person condo is located on the second floor overlooking the Beautiful Cumberland River in Downtown Nashville......

If you should arrive in Nashville early (before 4:00pm and/or are leaving Nashville later in the evening. Consider downloading the phone app "bounce" which will provide you with locations you can drop off your luggage for a small nominal fee and then return later in the day and retrieve it and proceed to the condo/airport. There is a location just south of Broadway which works well.

If you’re traveling to 🎶 Music City 🎶 with a larger group and need more than 1 condo. 🎸 🤠👢🪕🎻🍷. Check out our second unit in the building (4 doors away) www.vrbo.com/1312070

Q: Our Flight gets in early / leaves late. What can we do with our bags if we want to explore more.

A: If we can accommodate we will certainly try. Unfortunately the Riverfront does not have a main lobby or place you can secure your belongings. When we have “back to back” bookings it is nearly impossible. However, consider downloading the app “Bounce” where for a few dollars you can leave your belongings and return for it later.



Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

A: Not knowing the allergies of our future guests prevents us from permitting pets to stay in our unit. Sorry...



Q: May we smoke on the deck.

A: There are designated smoking areas on the property with Beautiful Views of the River. We ask guests to refrain from smoking on the balcony. We worry about smoke coming into the unit and adhering to the decor and furniture. Please be mindful of our future guests..



Q: May we have packages / groceries delivered?

A: Yes, most packages get left at the bottom of the “900 stairs”. It is best to request packages / groceries to be delivered to the front door.



Q: Is there a Grill.

A: Yes, both Gas and Charcoal (Guests provide charcoal).



Q: We are very neat people. Can we waive the cleaning fee?

A: No, we want to ensure a high standard of cleanliness for all our guests and feel the best way to ensure this happens is to have a professional cleaning staff clean the unit after we exit.



Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, if you need to cancel within 30 days and we are able to re-book the unit we will refund you the difference.



Q: Balcony Spiders, Webs, and Bugs Oh My!

A: Being on the river this is a difficult to regulate. We do have monthly pest control and our cleaners do a good job of cleaning the webs after each guests but spiders are persistent and they do return from time to time.



As our listing advises we are located in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. We are just like any other metropolitan area with traffic, construction, and homeless issues from time to time. When we stay downtown we feel safe to walk to and from without fear but we realize not everyone stares the same views and experiences.

So much music, so little time!

The condo is very nice in an excellent location. We enjoyed lots of music and explored areas of Nashville that were new to us. Saw two concerts at the Ryman. Can’t wait to go back!

Long weekend in Nashville

The inside of the property is very nice. The covered parking was great. The river view was beautiful. The surrounding area is under a lot of construction. Didn't feel comfortable walking to Broadway.

Girls weekend getaway

Great place to stay! A quick uber ride away from all the action on broadway. Quiet and very clean. The manager was very quick to reply and answer any questions. Place was stocked with coffee and even some toiletries. Would definitely come back. Very nice view of the river on the balcony. The only thing that i misunderstood is that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. After rereading the description it does say coin laundry on the premesis. Great place to stay though!!

Great Condo

My wife and I and another couple stayed here for 6 nights- the space was great for four adults. The property managers were responsive when we had questions. The view of the river is peaceful and calming. The location was ok. You are on the border of Germantown, which has fun places, but if you walk anywhere you are surrounded by construction and industry. Lyft / Uber rides were quick and cheap to different parts of town.

GREAT CONDO

So cute! Very clean! Beautiful view! The area seems to be getting some upgrades, so there is construction in the area. We were there on a weekday and did hear them working but it wasn’t super loud or a bother. You’re very close to broadway and we enjoyed being 5 min away from Topgolf too! Highly Recommend

Excellent Weekend In Nashville

The condo worked out perfectly for us. We were in town for 4 nights to see some shows, check out the museums, and browse the music related retail shops. Literally everything we wanted to do was 15 min away from the condo by car. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck overlooking the river. We plan to stay here the next time we are in Nashville.

A great stay in Nashville

This was a perfect property for our trip to Nashville. Clean, plenty of room, all of the amenities that needed, easy check-in and -out and great communication from the hosts. Would definitely recommend.

The condo was lovely. Had everything one needed. The river view really enhanced the stay. We did Uber everywhere as lots of construction taking place in the area now. Chunky the woodchuck by the river was a nice touch.

Very convenient property for downtown and Germantown. Lots of space and updated fixtures. Manager was very responsive to our questions and one minor concern about floor cleanliness. Would stay again if visiting the city.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The location couldn't be better – it’s within a easy 15 min walk to Broadway, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The unit itself was very clean and came with every amenity you could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. This is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Nice location and accommodations

We were a group of four, two couples. The condo had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect for us being close to the city without the city noise. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the river.

Awesome Get away for 2 Couples Enjoying Nashville

Communication was quick from booking to checkout. Beautiful well decorated unit close to downtown. Thoughtful owners thinking of little things to make it feel like home. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Once this area construction is complete it will become a resounding 5 star overall!!

Great place to stay with family

The place was a little deceiving at first because there was a lot of construction in that area and it didn’t appear to be in the best area but the condo itself was very clean and accommodating for our group of 4. We are all in our 70’s so it was a little difficult getting our luggage up the stairs as there is no elevator . It was a $14 Uber ride to Broadway. All in all it was a nice stay.

Best place to stay

This property is amazing. Starting with how clean and conveniently located it is. Being on the river is so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the morning, and in the evening to help wind down after Broadway. The location is so close to everything.

Its location allows you to visit and enjoy the hustle and bustle of broadway, without sleeping in the area. The condo river views allows guests to sit on the balcony or in the living room and watch the River traffic go by. Its central location is walking distance to several great restaurants around Germantown.
