We loved this VRBO! Clean, well kept! Comfy beds! Will for sure stay again! Patio furniture could use an update but understandable with the climate.

We had a great time at the beach and our stay in the Captain's Quarters at the Emerald Beach Resort! We didn't experience any issues except having to use a little muscle to open and close the sliding glass door to the balcony. We mostly used the door from the master bedroom to the balcony. Everything was so nice though and really loved having so many places to go to within walking distance. Really loved the beach view and the beach chair service as well! A really cool thing happened while we were there. A sea turtle made a nest and they roped it off to protect it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear you had a great time at the beach and enjoyed your stay at Captain’s Quarters. It sounds like you made the most of the incredible Gulf views, beach chair service, and the convenience of being within walking distance of so many great attractions and restaurants. How exciting to witness a sea turtle nesting during your visit! That’s such a special experience and a memorable part of a beach vacation. We appreciate you letting us know about the sliding glass door. We’ll have our maintenance team take a look to see if any adjustments can be made to improve its operation. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We would love to welcome you back for another relaxing beach getaway in the future! 🏖️🐢☀️

Room was very clean had everything that we needed. The only complaint we had was the door to the balcony was very difficult to open unlike anything we’ve had to experience before. However, we did call and they had someone come and look at it almost immediately.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the balcony door during your visit. Since then, the rollers have been adjusted and the door is now operating perfectly. The condo was clean, with plenty of room, well decorated. Balcony has furniture for outdoor enjoyment with a great view of the Gulf. No issues with parking. Easy check in and out. The mattress in master bedroom is due to be replaced. It was the only issue.

Beautiful clean property! Pictures are exactly how the property is. Back porch chairs are a little rough but shouldn’t stop you from booking!
