The Salt House has an easy, laid back feel. When you're sitting on the front screened-in porch listening to the ocean, you let go of all your cares and enjoy the relaxed Folly atmosphere.
We bought this beach house to have a relaxing place to enjoy with friends and family. It is spacious yet cozy, five bedrooms and four bathrooms on two levels. We are one row of houses off the beach with two beach access points (two houses down) in either direction.
The Salt House is perfect for large families, a couple of families or a group of friends.
The upper level:
Screened-in Porch
Dining/Living/Kitchen area
Bedroom #1 (king size bed) Jack 'n Jill bathroom
Bedroom #2 (king size bed) Jack 'n Jill bathroom
Bedroom #3 (king size bed) with on-suite bathroom
The Lower level:
Bedroom #4 open bunk room (two sets of twin bunk beds with living room (queen sleeper sofa)/kitchenette/bathroom
