We spent a girls weekend in Annapolis and 3 of us stayed at the house. The home was very clean and well stocked with items we would typically have at home, including shampoo, soap, extra bath towels, keurig coffee maker, etc. We accidentally left our car trunk open while we were in town for the day, and the neighbor contacted the owner who let us know quickly!We walked easily to downtown shops and restaurants during the day. Would recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimberley's cute, cozy home. It was clean, cozy and close to town; an easy walk. The parking is a little tight, but there is always a spot available off-street. The air conditioning was great; available in all zones of the house and such a relief to walk into after spending 2.5 days in high humidity. Kimberley was super responsive to all my questions. We had a great stay. Thank you.

This was a great spot close to downtown Annapolis; perfect for a girls weekend away. The house was clean, but parking area was a bit over grown. Kimberley was quick to respond and helpful!

Cute place- very convenient to downtown

House was very nice- loved the roof top. Beds very comfy and decor was nice. Neighborhood was diverse. Kimberly was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and tidy. The neighbor Robyn was very helpful. Kimberley was very accomodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot for what we needed!

Place was very clean and the communication about entry and parking was great! We went for a game at the stadium and was an easy walk. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. We will stay again when we come for another game!! Super nice place!

Perfect location

This property is a gem! Close to everything but without too much hustle or bustle! Great amenities. Kimberley is very easy to work with and graciously accommodated my need for late check out. Parking is private and off street!

Great location!

Cute place! Everything you need and location was wonderful!! Neighbors are noisy and sound like they’re right above you instead of next door. Parking in the back is nice to have, but precarious to get out of due to many cars around you. Neighborhood is diverse, but never felt unsafe. Rose bushes attack you on the way in, so be careful.

Great Place/ location not the best

The place itself was great! Very clean, plenty of room for our family of 4, great décor, and had more than everything we would've needed for our stay. Off street parking was great, as it is very limited anywhere in Annapolis. The host was awesome and communication was outstanding. However, the location isn't in the best neighborhood, FYI. We did not feel comfortable walking with our kids, especially at night, so we used Uber.

The property was very nice and cute! It was in a convenient location near downtown & near the events we were attending. Check-in/out process was easy & the property had everything we needed for our stay (cleaning supplies, paper products, coffee). We would have liked to utilize the patio and sit outside, but the backyard is so overgrown and fairly junky so we ended up staying inside. The parking situation is also not great. We had to squeeze through abandoned vehicles & fences behind the house to park our car. Larger vehicles would not fit. We stayed 2 nights, and the first morning we woke up to find all of our cash missing from our wallets that were left downstairs. All of the doors were fully locked when we went to sleep. The second night we used dining chairs to block the doors as well, and again found cash missing in the morning. Someone definitely entered the home while we were sleeping both nights, which is concerning.

I am truly sorry to hear of your experience. We stay here often and have not had such a problem. We have installed cameras around the outside to ensure this doesn't happen again or find out what took place.

Cute, clean house. All just as described. 10-15 minute walk to all shops/restaurants. Excellent option for us for a weekend visiting Annapolis.
