Great stay in OBX

Overall we enjoyed our stay in obx. The house was as advertised and close to beach access. Owner was communicative. Grill was like new and home was clean on arrival. Street is quiet and low traffic as well.Would stay here again!

The property was as advertised. It is close to the beach, well cared for and the owner/management maintained exceptional contact throughout. Would definitely book again!

Great long weekend stay

The house is well maintained and in a great spot in Kill Devil Hills. It was a quick walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery store options nearby. Highly recommend for small groups or family vacation. Property manager is friendly and communicative as well.

Loved it!

My husband, kids, and I had a great stay here.; the owner, Matt, is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The house is really clean and very cute. It’s in an amazing location- super close to the beach, we walked to the beach most nights (less than an 5 minute walk) and enjoyed watching the ghost crabs. The house is right across the road from the Wright Brothers Memorial, which was really interesting. While visiting, I highly recommend taking a wild horse tour, checking out Roanoke Island, and if you have any water slide fans in your group, H2OBX is really fun. It was so nice going out and exploring during the day and knowing we had a clean, cozy house waiting for us to come back to. The house has a wagon you can use for beach supplies and the owners even provide beach chairs and towels, which was so nice and saved us a ton of space in our van since we didn’t have to bring any of that with us. We would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back to the Outer Banks for another stay!

Fabulous

The walk to the beach is less than a couple of minutes. We brought our dog and he approved of everything! We felt right at home. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Nice vacation home

Great communication with owner, clean & newly renovated home. The kitchen was stocked with cooking pots, utensils, etc. We did have to ask for paper towels, trash bags & toliet paper, owner was very prompt in dropping off. Very close to the beach!

Overall a great little place

We found the house to be conveniently located close to the beach and stores we needed to access as we prepared a few of our dinners at home. It was cozy and quiet not being on the main strip which made enjoyable to sit outside in the deck at night. Our biggest complaint is the mattresses. The bedroom on the front of the house felt like the springs were completely shot when you laid on them. Would highly recommend they replace those so the guests can get a good night sleep after the long days in the sun
