🏡 Ideally located four-bedroom contemporary home is on 1 acre property featuring a large pool (open Memorial Day until the Labor Day) and hot tub (open Oct - April) and all the essentials you need. It is centrally located and close to all the LI attractions including the beaches, golf course, hiking trails and tanger outlet mall! Train is 8 mins away.

🚗 Short drive to the beaches, bay, ferry to Fire Island, and train.

Had a great time here. The house was clean and well maintained. The host communicated with us often and overall it was a great stay!

Beautiful Home and Pool

This was the perfect house for our family to relax and gather together. Super close to shopping and the beach! Communication was quick and easy with the property manager. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nice place

I enjoyed this house a lot. My only two complaints was I was not told the bbq grill was charcoal and there is not proper backyard lighting

Great convenient property

The house was spacious and well-equipped. There wasn't much we needed to enjoy our time there besides food. The pool was clean and enjoyed by all. The owners had very reasonable house rules that we were happy to follow. The location was very convenient to Sunken Meadow Park, which where we planned to visit during our stay.

Do not stay at this property! Our issues started immediately when we didn’t get instructions to get into the house. The host did get back to me, but it took a couple of hours. I booked this property because of the pool and hot tub. We were disappointed to find the pool covered and the hot tub drained (with no disclaimer of this when booking a property advertised as “beautiful home with pool”. The home is very well lived in. The house was clean’ish except for the bathrooms. One of them had a sink full of fried toothpaste and spit. We also found bugs in the living room. The entire house was very dark. Each bedroom had only 2 very flat pillows. The air conditioner was so loud we had to close the bedroom doors to sleep which made the bedrooms uncomfortably hot. Early in the morning the fire detectors started beeping. The whole place was a disappointment. I contacted the owner to provide feedback, but heard nothing back from them. We’ve come to expect well accommodated homes. This one is not. At this price point I would expect a couple of waters in the fridge, soap in the bathrooms, or even wash rags for showering. The property has so much potential, but there was absolutely no effort put into making it a comfortable stay for guests.
