California-style townhouse on a quiet street in one of Vancouver's most vibrant neighborhoods - all within walking distance to the beach. Enjoy the shops and award-winning restaurants on bustling West 4th Ave, relax at the beach or nearby Olympic-size pool, and access every amenity along 4th & West Broadway (markets, great schools, medical centres, yoga studios and cafes).

The townhouse interior has light hardwood floors at the entrance and in the main living and dining area. Furnishings are a blend of contemporary & antiques, all comfortable and positioned to function optimally. The kitchen is well appointed with excellent appliances, cooking tools, table wear, glassware and cutlery. The dining room is situated in a bright nook in the front window and will seat 6-8 comfortably (additional leaf available for table). There is a large 'Smart TV' (internet capable) over a wood-burning fireplace and original artworks that create a warm and inviting place to relax. WIFI internet, telephone, cable, and Netflix are all included.

Upstairs, the bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds with premium quality linens. The master bedroom has a TV with DVD player. There is also an additional folding, twin sleeping mat (with linens) available for younger guests. Both bathrooms have shower facilities and the master bathroom has a very large soaker-tub and heated marble flooring.

The private roof-top deck (not shared) is equipped with a BBQ and furnishings - perfect for hot summer days and relaxing warm evenings.

Lease includes parking for one vehicle in the driveway and additional parking on the street. There is a three-month minimum lease requirement (City of Vancouver regulations for the license we carry).

Xmas and New Years in KItsalano

We stayed in the townhouse in Kitsalano for 10 days celebrating Xmas and New Years with our family. The townhouse was exactly as described with all the necessary amenities required for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was perfect and the living space was very comfortable. We were four adults staying at the townhouse with a daily visit from my daughter and her companion who live nearby in Kits, there was plenty of room for six of all. the townhouse was well kept and clean. Great restaurants within a 15 minute walking radius with plenty of shopping and grocery stores nearby. Melanie was a great host and made sure to stay in touch during our stay. Would highly recommend the property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, welcoming property. Could not have asked for a more central location. We could walk everywhere and enjoy Vancouver summer days and nights. The owner is hospitable and friendly, welcoming us with flowers and snacks. The property itself was comfortable. The deck was beautiful. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a home away from home!

Wonderful suite in a charming neighbourhood, and the best land lady we've ever met

We stayed with our preschooler and dog while our house was being renovated elsewhere in Vancouver. We fell in love with the neighbourhood and wish we could live in the area. It seems everyone on the block is friends with the others and the neighbours were mostly very welcoming. Melanie was a perfect and helpful landlady without being intrusive. We felt very much at home the whole time. Melanie was quick to attend to the minor repairs needed. The suite is even nicer than the pictures indicate. We loved the well laid out kitchen and that the cookware and table settings were in good shape. Nothing needed was missing.

Wonderful Stay

Perfect location for visiting Vancouver, in a very nice neighbourghood. Not only the Land Lady is great, but the neighbourghs as well. We all enjoyed the terraze, the Barbeque, the wondeful baths and all of the appliances that we found in the house. A family of five felt like they needed nothing more. It is very close to a shopping centre and to Avenues 10 and 4 which are full of stores. We bought some second hand bycicles and we did not had to use the car in the three weeks we stayed in the house. We felt like at home.

Fantastic neighborhood. Quiet street but only a couple of blocks from every amenity. Wonderful roof deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture.
